गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार जिले में निरंतर रक्तदान शिविरों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में आज गुमला सदर प्रखंड में आयोजित रक्तदान शिविर में अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों एवं आम नागरिकों की सक्रिय भागीदारी रही। इस दौरान कुल 51 यूनिट रक्त का संग्रहण किया गया, जो अब तक आयोजित सभी शिविरों में सर्वाधिक है।
उपायुक्त ने इस उत्कृष्ट पहल के लिए प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी एवं अंचल अधिकारी, गुमला की सराहना की तथा जिलेवासियों के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया जिन्होंने उत्साहपूर्वक रक्तदान कर मानवीय संवेदना का परिचय दिया।
ज्ञात हो कि उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार जिले में 8 अक्टूबर से 25 अक्टूबर 2025 तक सभी प्रखंडों में रक्तदान शिविर आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं। अब तक कामडारा और जारी प्रखंडों में शिविर संपन्न हो चुके हैं, जबकि आगामी शिविर भरनो (13 अक्टूबर), बिशुनपुर (14 अक्टूबर), पालकोट (15 अक्टूबर), सिसई (16 अक्टूबर), चैनपुर (17 अक्टूबर), रायडीह (18 अक्टूबर), बसिया (23 अक्टूबर) और घाघरा (24 अक्टूबर) को आयोजित किए जाएंगे।
उपायुक्त ने जिलेवासियों से अपील की है कि वे इस जनहितकारी कार्य में आगे आएं। उन्होंने कहा कि सिकल सेल एनीमिया सहित अन्य गंभीर रोगों से पीड़ित मरीजों के लिए रक्त की उपलब्धता अत्यावश्यक है, अतः स्वस्थ नागरिक नियमित रूप से रक्तदान करें। रक्तदान न केवल जीवनदायी है, बल्कि दाता के स्वास्थ्य के लिए भी लाभकारी एवं पूर्णतः सुरक्षित प्रक्रिया है।
