गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने शिक्षा विभाग की कार्यप्रणाली में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से कड़े कदम उठाए हैं। उनके निर्देश के बाद पूरा शिक्षा विभाग अब एक्शन मोड में कार्य कर रहा है। उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया कि जिले के सभी सरकारी एवं सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों और कर्मियों की दैनिक बायोमैट्रिक उपस्थिति दोनों समय अनिवार्य है और किसी भी अवकाश के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन आवश्यक होगा।
शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर सख्त निगरानी
उपायुक्त ने आगामी बोर्ड परीक्षा 2026 को ध्यान में रखते हुए दिसंबर माह से पूर्व प्री-बोर्ड टेस्ट से पहले सिलेबस की पूर्णता, यू-डायस पोर्टल में शैक्षणिक डेटा की प्रविष्टि तथा ई-विद्यावाहिनी पोर्टल पर छात्र एवं शिक्षक उपस्थिति अपडेट करने की सख्त हिदायत दी है। उन्होंने विद्यालयों में अनुश्रवण की कमी और उपस्थिति में गिरावट पर बीपीओ, बीआरपी और सीआरपी को सुधारात्मक कदम उठाने का निर्देश दिया है।
चार प्रखंडों पर कार्रवाई
उपायुक्त की सख्त समीक्षा के बाद डीईओ और डीएसई द्वारा गुमला, सिसई, बसिया और पालकोट प्रखंड में कमजोर प्रगति पाए जाने पर संबंधित पदाधिकारियों — प्रखंड शिक्षा प्रसार पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, बीआरपी, सीआरपी, एमआईएस समन्वयक और कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर — के वेतन/मानदेय भुगतान पर रोक लगाते हुए स्पष्टीकरण मांगा गया है।
कारण बताया गया कि इन पदाधिकारियों द्वारा शिक्षक उपस्थिति और आंकड़ों के संकलन की दैनिक समीक्षा नहीं की जा रही, जिसके चलते प्रदर्शन असंतोषजनक पाया गया।
आगे की कार्रवाई और चेतावनी
जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो ने कहा कि यू-डायस और ई-विद्यावाहिनी पोर्टल पर सभी आंकड़ों की ससमय प्रविष्टि एवं उपस्थिति अद्यतन होने के बाद ही वेतन भुगतान किया जाएगा।
वहीं, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां ने सभी प्रखंड पदाधिकारियों और कर्मियों को चेतावनी दी है कि वे उपायुक्त के आदेशों के अनुरूप कार्यप्रणाली में तत्काल सुधार लाएँ और शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था को समय पर अद्यतन करें।
उन्होंने कहा कि विद्यालय स्तर पर यदि बायोमैट्रिक उपस्थिति और आंकड़ों की समय पर प्रविष्टि नहीं हुई तो शिक्षकों पर भी अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
