गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार 11 अक्टूबर 2025 को जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों में जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित हुआ, जिसमें नागरिकों ने बड़ी संख्या में भाग लेकर अपनी समस्याएं दर्ज कराईं।

बसिया प्रखंड: 77 आवेदन, 70 का ऑन-द-स्पॉट निष्पादन

सिसई प्रखंड: 25 आवेदन, सभी का शत-प्रतिशत समाधान
कुल 155 प्राप्त आवेदनों में से 141 का ऑन-द-स्पॉट निष्पादन किया गया।
प्रमुख शिकायतें
आवेदन मुख्य रूप से पेंशन, मैया सम्मान योजना, आवास, राशन कार्ड, आयुष्मान कार्ड, मनरेगा और जन्म-मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित रहे।
उपायुक्त का निर्देश
उपायुक्त ने नागरिकों की सक्रिय भागीदारी की सराहना करते हुए अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि शेष आवेदनों का शीघ्र निष्पादन हो, ताकि सभी पात्र नागरिकों को समय पर सरकारी सेवाओं का लाभ सुनिश्चित कराया जा सके।
