गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के आदेशानुसार और सह-अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी के मार्गदर्शन में मंगलवार को खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की टीम ने आगामी त्यौहारों को ध्यान में रखते हुए पालकोट और बधिमा प्रखंड के विभिन्न होटल, भोजनालय एवं मिठाई दुकानों का औचक निरीक्षण किया।
निरीक्षण में पाए गए निष्कर्ष
निरीक्षण दल ने मेसर्स होटल सूर्याश एवं भोजनालय, मेसर्स विनय कुमार केशरी, मेसर्स दीपक किराना स्टोर, और मेसर्स श्री विनायक स्टोर में लाइसेंस / रजिस्ट्रेशन की अनुपस्थिति पर नोटिस जारी किया और शीघ्रात्मक सुधार का निर्देश दिया।
साथ ही मेसर्स श्री बंशीधर स्वीट्स, गुप्ता भोजनालय, सोनाली स्वीट्स एंड चायनीज फूड सहित अन्य दुकानों के उत्पाद जैसे पनीर, पेड़ा, रसगुल्ला और खोवा की गुणवत्ता जांची गई, जो संतोषजनक पाई गई। कुछ दुकानों पर बिना वैधता तिथि वाले खाद्य पदार्थ पाए गए, जिन पर एक सप्ताह के भीतर सुधार का निर्देश दिया गया।
निर्देश और जनजागरूकता
खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी ने सभी प्रतिष्ठानों को निर्देशित किया कि वे—

केवल वैध लेबलिंग एवं एक्सपायरी तिथि वाले उत्पाद बेचें,

होटल व रेस्टोरेंट स्टाफ एप्रोन, ग्लव्स और हेडगियर का सही उपयोग करें,

नियमित पेस्ट कंट्रोल व स्वच्छता मानक का पालन सुनिश्चित करें।
निरीक्षण के क्रम में उन्होंने पलाश आजीविका दीदी कैफे (पालकोट प्रखंड परिसर) और कस्तुरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय, पालकोट का भी दौरा किया।
यहाँ बच्चों को खाद्य सुरक्षा और संतुलित आहार के महत्व से अवगत कराया गया तथा तेल, चीनी और नमक के सीमित उपयोग का संकल्प दिलाया गया।
