गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार जिले में अवैध खनन, परिवहन और भंडारण के विरुद्ध सघन अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में सिसई अनुमंडल क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत मौजा कुलंकेरी, पंचायत उत्तरी बरगांव में जिला खनन टास्क फोर्स की टीम ने औचक जांच और छापेमारी अभियान चलाया।
छापामारी की कार्रवाई
अभियान का नेतृत्व अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला ने किया। उनके साथ अंचल अधिकारी सिसई, जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, पुलिस पदाधिकारी और खान निरीक्षक गुमला उपस्थित थे।
जांच के दौरान खाता संख्या 19, प्लॉट संख्या 786 और 787 (रकबा 0.62 व 0.55 एकड़) में लगभग 6000 घनफीट बालू अवैध रूप से भंडारित पाया गया।
स्थानीय जांच में यह स्पष्ट हुआ कि मुन्ना सोनी (पिता शाहदेव सोनी) और अन्य व्यक्तियों द्वारा बिना वैध अनुज्ञप्ति के बालू का खनन, भंडारण और व्यापार किया जा रहा था। टीम ने मौके पर ही बालू को जप्त कर विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई प्रारंभ की।
कानूनी दायरा
यह अपराध खान एवं खनिज (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 की धारा 4 और 21, झारखंड लघु खनिज संधारण नियमावली, 2004 (नियम 4 और 54) तथा झारखंड माइनरल्स रोकथाम नियम, 2017 (नियम 7 एवं 9) के तहत दंडनीय है।
प्रशासन का कड़ा रुख
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि अवैध खनन से न केवल सरकारी राजस्व की क्षति होती है, बल्कि राष्ट्रीय संपदा का भी नुकसान होता है। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि जिले में अवैध खनन, परिवहन या भंडारण में शामिल किसी भी व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। यह कार्रवाई आगामी दिनों में भी निरंतर जारी रहेगी।
