उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने शिक्षा विभाग की ली कड़ी क्लास, लापरवाह शिक्षकों का वेतन किया बंद — बोर्ड परीक्षा की तैयारी पर जोर, अनुशासनहीनता पर सख्ती

गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान विद्यालयों में शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था, बोर्ड परीक्षा की तैयारी, शिक्षक अनुशासन और उपस्थिति को लेकर सख्त रुख अपनाया। उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि “शिक्षा जैसे संवेदनशील विभाग में किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।”

समाहरणालय सभागार में आयोजित इस बैठक में जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां, सभी परियोजना पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड शिक्षा प्रसार पदाधिकारी (BEEO) और प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी (BPO) मौजूद रहे।

मॉक टेस्ट और रिमेडियल क्लासेस की तैयारी के निर्देश

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि 10 नवंबर से प्रारंभ होने वाले मॉक टेस्ट को शत-प्रतिशत सफलता के साथ संपन्न कराया जाए और 20 नवंबर तक परिणाम प्रकाशित कर कमजोर विद्यार्थियों की पहचान की जाए। इन विद्यार्थियों के लिए विशेष रिमेडियल क्लासेस चलाई जाएंगी।

उन्होंने सीआरपी और बीआरपी की टैगिंग के माध्यम से कमजोर बच्चों को अतिरिक्त शिक्षण सहायता देने के निर्देश दिए और कहा कि जिला स्तर पर गठित कंट्रोल यूनिट आपसी समन्वय और गंभीरता के साथ कार्य करे।

लापरवाह शिक्षकों पर कार्रवाई, तीन विद्यालयों के शिक्षकों को तलब

उपायुक्त ने बैठक में पांच शिक्षकों का वेतन तत्काल प्रभाव से बंद करने का आदेश दिया।
उन्होंने कहा कि जिन विद्यालयों में अनुशासनहीनता या उपस्थिति की समस्या है, वहां के जिम्मेदार शिक्षकों को जवाबदेह ठहराया जाएगा।

उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री उत्कृष्ट विद्यालय, प्लस टू उच्च विद्यालय टोटो और भरनो प्रखंड के एक विद्यालय के शिक्षकों को 13 नवंबर को उपायुक्त कार्यालय में व्यक्तिगत रूप से उपस्थित होने का निर्देश दिया है।

शिक्षा गुणवत्ता सुधार को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि पिछले वर्ष बोर्ड परीक्षा में खराब प्रदर्शन करने वाले निजी और सरकारी विद्यालयों से स्पष्टीकरण मांगा जाए और उनसे सुधार की कार्ययोजना ली जाए।
उन्होंने शिक्षकों की कमी को लेकर कहा कि “विषयवार स्कूल टैगिंग की व्यवस्था लागू की जाए ताकि किसी भी विद्यालय में शिक्षण कार्य बाधित न हो।”

नए समाहरणालय भवन में कार्यालय शिफ्ट करने के निर्देश

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी को नया समाहरणालय भवन में कार्यालय स्थानांतरित करने के निर्देश दिए, ताकि सभी विभागीय कार्य एकीकृत रूप से संचालित हो सकें।

निरीक्षण और अनुश्रवण पर बल

उच्च विद्यालय टोटो में विद्यार्थियों की अत्यधिक अनुपस्थिति पर उपायुक्त ने डीईओ और डीएसई को स्वयं विद्यालय में नियमित रूप से बैठने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि “नामांकन तो है, पर उपस्थिति नहीं — यह स्थिति अस्वीकार्य है।”

उन्होंने सभी जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि मुख्यालय और आसपास के विद्यालयों का नियमित निरीक्षण और भ्रमण करें ताकि शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार हो सके।

बैठक के अंत में उपायुक्त ने दोहराया कि “शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता सुधारना जिला प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। हर अधिकारी और शिक्षक की जवाबदेही तय की जाएगी।”
