प्रधानमंत्री जनमन योजना और कल्याण विभाग की योजनाओं की प्रगति पर उपायुक्त ने की समीक्षा, लंबित मामलों को शीघ्र निपटाने के निर्देश

गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को प्रधानमंत्री जनमन योजना एवं कल्याण विभाग से संबंधित योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा हेतु विशेष बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारियों के साथ योजनाओं की स्थिति की विस्तार से समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

बैठक के दौरान वन अधिकार अधिनियम (FRA) के तहत 27 CFR को स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई। साथ ही प्रधानमंत्री जनमन योजना के अंतर्गत प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना की तीसरी किस्त का भुगतान तुरंत पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया गया। जिन प्रखंडों में भुगतान लंबित हैं, वहां के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों (BDO) को उपायुक्त ने कॉल कर फटकार लगाई और शीघ्र भुगतान सुनिश्चित करने को कहा।

उपायुक्त ने बिशुनपुर और घाघरा प्रखंड के लंबित कार्यों को शीघ्र पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया।
जल जीवन मिशन के अधूरे कार्यों को निर्धारित समय में पूर्ण करने को कहा गया।
आंजन धाम से जुड़ी वन विभागीय समस्या के समाधान के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया गया।

उपायुक्त ने आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों एवं बहुउद्देश्यीय भवनों के निर्माण कार्यों को जल्द पूरा करने और PVTG क्षेत्र में अब तक 1190 बिजली कनेक्शन दिए जाने की जानकारी साझा की। शेष कनेक्शनों को शीघ्र पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

मंगरू तालाब स्थित मोबाइल टॉवर के संचालन में देरी पर नाराज़गी जताते हुए उपायुक्त ने तुरंत चालू कराने को कहा।

कल्याण विभाग की समीक्षा में पाया गया कि मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति योजना की प्रगति संतोषजनक नहीं है। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि विद्यालयों में लंबित मामलों का निपटारा एक सप्ताह के अंदर किया जाए और MPCI बैंक मैपिंग का कार्य 30 नवंबर तक पूरा कर लिया जाए।

आवासीय विद्यालयों, छात्रावासों और एकलव्य मॉडल विद्यालयों के निर्माण कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने अगले सप्ताह तक अद्यतन प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करने का आदेश दिया। साथ ही सड़क, शौचालय, कब्रिस्तान घेराबंदी जैसे कार्यों की प्रगति पर भी चर्चा की गई।

मुख्यमंत्री स्वास्थ्य सहायता योजना के तहत जनता दरबार में आने वाले लाभार्थियों को त्वरित सहायता प्रदान करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

अंत में उपायुक्त ने शहीद ग्राम विकास योजना, पशुधन विकास योजना और प्रधानमंत्री रोजगार सृजन कार्यक्रम (CMEGP) के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन पर बल देते हुए कहा कि सभी अधिकारी नियमित फील्ड मॉनिटरिंग करें ताकि योजनाओं का लाभ सही लाभुकों तक पहुँचे।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, जिला वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी सहित कई अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
