खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने की छापेमारी, कई प्रतिष्ठानों से पनीर का सैंपल लिया गया — ₹1700 का चालान काटा गया

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर आज खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी की टीम ने गुमला शहरी क्षेत्र के विभिन्न मिठाई और खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों में छापेमारी की।

इस दौरान मिथिला स्वीट्स एंड होटल (शंख मोड़, मझाटोली), विनोद कुमार गुप्ता (मझाटोली), उमेश साहू (मझाटोली), अक्षय जनरल स्टोर तथा तुलसी होटल का निरीक्षण किया गया।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में कोटपा अधिनियम, 2003 के तहत ₹1700 का चालान काटा गया। साथ ही पनीर का सैंपल संग्रह कर जांच के लिए राज्य खाद्य जांच प्रयोगशाला, नामकुम, रांची भेजा गया है।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि जिले में खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए इस प्रकार की अचानक जांचें आगे भी जारी रहेंगी।

उन्होंने आम जनता से अपील की है कि यदि किसी प्रतिष्ठान से खराब या संदिग्ध गुणवत्ता की मिठाई या खाद्य सामग्री मिलती है, तो तुरंत ‘फूड सेफ्टी कनेक्ट’ ऐप के माध्यम से शिकायत दर्ज करें।

वहीं, सभी होटल, रेस्टोरेंट, मिष्ठान भंडार और अन्य खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों को निर्देश दिया गया है कि वे अपने प्रतिष्ठान में ‘फूड सेफ्टी कनेक्ट’ ऐप का QR कोड सार्वजनिक स्थान पर प्रदर्शित करें, ताकि उपभोक्ता आसानी से शिकायत दर्ज कर सकें।

यह ऐप भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक प्राधिकरण (FSSAI) द्वारा जारी किया गया है।
