टाना भगत विकास प्राधिकार समिति की बैठक में योजनाओं की समीक्षा, समुदाय की शिकायतों के त्वरित निवारण हेतु अधिकारियों को निर्देश

गुमला :- गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आज जिला स्तरीय टाना भगत विकास प्राधिकार समिति की बैठक समाहरणालय सभागार में संपन्न हुई। बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी, पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, हॉर्टिकल्चर पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य सम्बंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें। साथ ही सभी अंचल अधिकारी वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक में टाना भगत समुदाय से संबंधित विभिन्न विकासात्मक योजनाओं की अद्यतन स्थिति पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई। जिले में 1,206 टाना भगत परिवार (कुल जनसंख्या 7,391) निवास करते हैं। अब तक 4,49 टाना भगतों को पेंशन योजनाओं का लाभ, 1,461 राशन कार्ड का वितरण, तथा 9,14 लाभुकों को वस्त्र वितरण किया जा चुका है। सात अंचलों में सामुदायिक भवन निर्माण पूर्ण हुआ है जबकि पालकोट, सिसई एवं डुमरी में निर्माण कार्य प्रगति पर है।

शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में 62 छात्र झारखंड रक्षा शक्ति विश्वविद्यालय में एक वर्षीय सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स पूर्ण कर चुके हैं, वहीं गुमला पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज में 35 छात्र अध्ययनरत हैं। कृषि एवं पशुपालन क्षेत्र में 67 लाभुकों के बीच 148 गायों का वितरण किया गया, 22 महिला कृषक समूहों को ट्रैक्टर उपलब्ध कराए गए, तथा 314 लाभुकों को पम्पसेट, 104 को सोलर लाइट एवं 160 कृषकों को बीज वितरण किया गया है।

उद्यान विभाग के माध्यम से मधुमक्खी पालन, पुष्प एवं तकनीकी खेती प्रशिक्षण में 29 टाना भगतों को चयनित किया गया है। वहीं प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत 194 टाना भगत लाभांवित हुए हैं और 717 शौचालयों का निर्माण कराया गया है। 18 युवाओं को कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण के बाद रोजगार भी मिला है।

बैठक के दौरान टाना भगत समुदाय के सदस्यों ने भूमि से संबंधित समस्याओं, दाखिल-खारिज, उत्तराधिकार, सामुदायिक भवनों में शौचालय एवं अन्य मूलभूत सुविधाओं की कमी, आवास योजना में छूटे हुए लाभुकों तथा ट्रैक्टर वितरण योजना में और लाभ बढ़ाने की मांग रखी।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सभी शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए निर्देश दिया कि तीन दिनों के भीतर दाखिल-खारिज एवं उत्तराधिकार से संबंधित मामलों का निपटारा कर प्रमाण पत्र वितरण सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को सामुदायिक भवनों की भौतिक जांच करने एवं शौचालय, बिजली व अन्य आवश्यक सुविधाएं सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि “टाना भगत समुदाय राज्य की गौरवशाली पहचान है। इनके उत्थान हेतु सभी योजनाओं का पारदर्शी, गुणवत्तापूर्ण एवं त्वरित क्रियान्वयन प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है।” उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि गंभीर भूमि विवाद के मामलों में आवश्यकतानुसार जिला प्रशासन द्वारा कानूनी सहायता उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी, जमीन विवाद के मामलों के लिए उन्हें कोर्ट में जाने की सलाह दी गई।

साथ ही, समुदाय के सदस्यों को सलाह दी गई कि वे प्रत्येक प्रखंड में टाना भगत के समिति का गठन करते हुए मासिक बैठक आयोजित कर योजनाओं के सुझावों एवं लाभार्थियों की सूची प्रशासन को उपलब्ध कराएं, ताकि योजनाओं का लाभ पात्र नागरिकों तक शीघ्रता से पहुंचाया जा सके।
