जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सुनी नागरिकों की समस्याएं — जमीन विवाद, सामाजिक मांग और धोखाधड़ी मामलों पर शीघ्र कार्रवाई के निर्देश

गुमला, 12 नवंबर 2025:
गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आज साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन समाहरणालय सभागार में किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए 50 से अधिक नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याएं उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखीं। उपायुक्त ने सभी शिकायतों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को तत्काल और पारदर्शी कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक के दौरान विभिन्न प्रकार की शिकायतें सामने आईं —

• घाघरा प्रखंड से आए ईसाई समुदाय के प्रतिनिधियों ने बताया कि उन्हें शव दफनाने में कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता है। उन्होंने चपका ढेढ़ोली मौजा की 2.50 एकड़ गैरमजरूआ भूमि को कब्रिस्तान हेतु चयनित करने की मांग की। उपायुक्त ने इस पर कल्याण विभाग को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।
• सिसई प्रखंड के ग्राम जलका के ग्रामीणों ने पारंपरिक पहनई भूमि के गलत नामांतरण की शिकायत की। उपायुक्त ने अंचल अधिकारी सिसई को भूमि रिकॉर्ड की जांच कर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने का आदेश दिया।
• गम्हरिया ग्राम के अशोक राम ने अपनी फसल नष्ट करने और जान से मारने की धमकी देने की शिकायत की, जिस पर उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारी को जांच और सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।
• गुमला शहरी क्षेत्र की एक विधवा महिला ने अपनी जमीन के धोखे से हस्तांतरण की शिकायत की। उपायुक्त ने मामले की जांच कर अगली अंचल दिवस बैठक में रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए।
• फसिया ढोढरी के रामदेव सिंह ने खतियानी जमीन पर अवैध कब्जे और प्लॉटिंग की शिकायत की। इस पर उपायुक्त ने त्वरित जांच का आदेश दिया।
• बरवेनगर की एक महिला ने अपने पिता की संपत्ति पर विवाद की जानकारी दी, जिस पर उपायुक्त ने अंचलाधिकारी को रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने का निर्देश दिया।
• चैनपुर प्रखंड के ज्वालेन लकड़ा ने नौकरी दिलाने के नाम पर ₹1.60 लाख की ठगी का मामला उठाया। उपायुक्त ने तत्काल जांच शुरू करने का आदेश दिया।

बैठक के अंत में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि “जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का उद्देश्य आमजन की समस्याओं का त्वरित और निष्पक्ष समाधान सुनिश्चित करना है।” उन्होंने स्पष्ट चेतावनी दी कि किसी भी मामले में लापरवाही पाए जाने पर संबंधित अधिकारियों पर कार्रवाई तय होगी।
