अवैध बालू उत्खनन पर प्रशासन की बड़ी कार्रवाई — बरगाँव में हज़ारों घनफीट बालू जब्त, प्राथमिकी दर्ज

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर अवैध बालू उत्खनन, भंडारण एवं परिवहन पर रोकथाम के लिए बुधवार अपराह्न प्रशासनिक टीम ने सिसई थाना क्षेत्र के बरगाँव ग्राम झुपना टांड़ में छापामारी की।

अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, खान निरीक्षक, थाना प्रभारी सिसई एवं पुलिस बल की संयुक्त टीम ने मौके पर लगभग 34,000 घनफीट से अधिक अवैध बालू का भंडारण पाया। पूछताछ के बावजूद भंडारणकर्ताओं की पहचान नहीं हो सकी, और यह पाया गया कि किसी भी स्थल पर भंडारण अनुज्ञप्ति नहीं थी।

प्रशासन ने बताया कि यह कार्य पूर्णतः अवैध है और इससे सरकारी राजस्व की हानि के साथ राष्ट्रीय संपत्ति का क्षरण होता है। इस संबंध में खनन एवं खनिज अधिनियम, 1957 तथा झारखंड लघु खनिज परिनियम, 2004 एवं Jharkhand Mineral (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2017 के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई प्रारंभ की गई है।

प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट चेतावनी दी है कि अवैध खनन या भंडारण में लिप्त किसी भी व्यक्ति को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा और जिले में इस तरह की गतिविधियों पर कड़ी निगरानी जारी रहेगी।
