उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने जिला आपूर्ति विभाग की योजनाओं की समीक्षा की, 15 दिनों में 100% लक्ष्य हासिल करने का निर्देश

गुमला : गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आज गूगल मीट के माध्यम से जिला आपूर्ति विभाग की योजनाओं की विस्तृत समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, सभी प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, सहायक गोदाम प्रबंधक, कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर एवं अन्य संबंधित कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक में विभागीय योजनाओं के सुचारू व पारदर्शी संचालन पर जोर देते हुए उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट कहा कि जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं में किसी भी प्रकार की देरी या लापरवाही स्वीकार्य नहीं है। उन्होंने खाद्यान्न वितरण, ई-केवाईसी, नमक वितरण तथा सोना सोबरन धोती-साड़ी/लुंगी योजना की प्रगति की बिंदुवार समीक्षा की।

NFSA एवं JSFSS खाद्यान्न वितरण – 15 दिनों में 100% लक्ष्य

नवंबर माह के खाद्यान्न वितरण की धीमी प्रगति पर उपायुक्त ने नाराज़गी व्यक्त की। उन्होंने सभी प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारियों को 15 दिनों के भीतर 100% वितरण सुनिश्चित करने का कड़ा निर्देश दिया।

ई-केवाईसी – धीमी प्रगति वाले प्रखंडों को चेतावनी

जिले में लगभग 75% ई-केवाईसी कार्य पूरा हुआ है।
चैनपुर, रायडीह, विशुनपुर एवं डुमरी में अत्यंत धीमी गति पाए जाने पर उपायुक्त ने विशेष निर्देश जारी किए कि—

• द्रुत गति से 100% ई-केवाईसी पूर्ण करें।
• धीमी प्रगति वाले पीडीएस दुकानदारों से स्पष्टीकरण प्राप्त किया जाए।

नमक वितरण – एक सप्ताह में पूरी करें DSD

नमक वितरण की समीक्षा में निर्देश दिया गया—

• सभी सहायक गोदाम प्रबंधक 1 सप्ताह के भीतर 100% DSD पूर्ण करें।
• वितरण ई-पॉस मशीन के माध्यम से अनिवार्य रूप से कराया जाए।

सोना सोबरन धोती-साड़ी एवं लुंगी योजना – 15 दिनों में लक्ष्य पूर्ण

कम वितरण प्रतिशत पर असंतोष व्यक्त करते हुए उपायुक्त ने सभी प्रखंडों को निर्देश दिया कि—

• 15 दिनों के भीतर लक्ष्य के अनुरूप वितरण पूरा करें।

जवाबदेही और पारदर्शिता पर सख्त रुख

उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया कि—
“जनकल्याण योजनाओं में ढिलाई सीधे लाभुकों को प्रभावित करती है। इसलिए सभी अधिकारी समयबद्ध, पारदर्शी और जिम्मेदारी के साथ कार्य करें।”

उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि जिला स्तर पर नियमित समीक्षा की जाएगी, और प्रगति में सुधार नहीं होने पर कार्रवाई तय रहेगी।

बैठक का समापन योजनाओं की प्रगति सुधारने और सुनिश्चित लाभ वितरण के साथ किया गया।
