गुमला में आवश्यक प्रमाण पत्रों का त्वरित निर्गत शुरू, नागरिकों को मिल रही तुरंत सुविधा

गुमला : गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित द्वारा जारी स्पष्ट निर्देशों के बाद जिले में आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के त्वरित निर्गत की प्रक्रिया और तेज हो गई है। उपायुक्त ने सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया है कि कोई भी नागरिक जन्म–मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, आधार से जुड़े दस्तावेज या पेंशन संबंधी कागज़ों के लिए परेशान न हो।

उपायुक्त ने कहा,
“हमारे लोगों के जरूरी दस्तावेजों में देरी नहीं होनी चाहिए। जनजातीय कल्याण और नागरिक सुविधा के लिए तेज़, पारदर्शी और संवेदनशील होकर कार्य करना हमारी प्राथमिकता है।”

डुमरी व रायडीह में तुरंत निर्गत — लोगों ने ली राहत की सांस

निर्देशों का असर आज डुमरी और रायडीह प्रखंडों में दिखा, जहाँ

• रायडीह में 7 बच्चों के जन्म प्रमाण पत्र,
• डुमरी में 7 बच्चियों के जन्म प्रमाण पत्र
  उसी दिन नागरिकों को सौंप दिए गए।

तेज़ सेवा मिलने पर परिजनों के चेहरे पर संतोष और राहत साफ दिखाई दी।

1–2 दिनों में दस्तावेज उपलब्ध कराने का लक्ष्य

प्रशासन ने सभी प्रखंडों को निर्देशित किया है कि—

• जन्म एवं मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र 1–2 दिनों के भीतर निर्गत किए जाएँ।
• आवश्यकता होने पर उसी दिन दस्तावेज देने की व्यवस्था भी की जाए।

इस पहल से नागरिकों को योजनाओं, छात्रवृत्ति, पेंशन, आधार, बैंक एवं अन्य सेवाओं में देरी से राहत मिलने लगी है।

नागरिकों से अपील

उपायुक्त ने आम नागरिकों से आग्रह किया है कि—

• जन्म और मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र समय पर अवश्य बनवाएँ।
• किसी भी प्रखंड में अनावश्यक देरी या लापरवाही पाए जाने पर
  सीधे उपायुक्त कार्यालय को सूचना दें।

प्रशासन का उद्देश्य है कि जिले के हर नागरिक को समय पर, पारदर्शी और परेशानी-मुक्त सेवा उपलब्ध हो।
