कल से शुरू हो रहे टीचर नीड असेसमेंट पर सचिव की महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक सम्पन्न

राज्य भर में 18 नवंबर 2025 से शुरू हो रहे टीचर नीड असेसमेंट (TNA) के सेकंड राउंड की तैयारियों की समीक्षा आज स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग के सचिव श्री उमाशंकर सिंह की अध्यक्षता में की गई। बैठक में विभागीय अधिकारियों एवं सभी जिलों के शिक्षा पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

टीएनए—शिक्षकों के क्षमता निर्माण का बड़ा अभियान

सचिव श्री उमाशंकर सिंह ने कहा:
“टीचर नीड असेसमेंट राज्य के 1,11,000 शिक्षकों के क्षमता निर्माण की महत्वपूर्ण पहल है। इसे अब सीसीपीडी कार्यक्रम के साथ जोड़कर और प्रभावी बनाया जा रहा है।”

उन्होंने सभी DEO, DSE तथा प्रखंड स्तरीय पदाधिकारियों को टीएनए के दौरान प्रतिदिन कम से कम 2–3 असेसमेंट केंद्रों का अनिवार्य रूप से निरीक्षण करने का निर्देश दिया।
उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि—
“टीएनए के क्रियान्वयन में आंशिक लापरवाही भी स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी।”

राज्य परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन ने कहा कि टीएनए में 100% उपस्थिति अनिवार्य है। अनुपस्थित शिक्षकों को वैध कारण बताना होगा।

तीन दिनों तक मॉनिटरिंग सेल करेगा निगरानी

टीएनए के प्रभावी संचालन हेतु जेईपीसी में विशेष मॉनिटरिंग सेल स्थापित किया गया है, जो लगातार तीन दिनों तक कार्य करेगा।

साथ ही—

• सेंटा के 28 विशेषज्ञ तकनीकी सहयोग प्रदान करेंगे
• विभिन्न शैक्षणिक सामाजिक संगठनों के प्रतिनिधि भी जिलों में सहायता देंगे

टीएनए—18 से 20 नवंबर तक छह पालियों में आयोजित होगा

• 18 नवंबर: प्राथमिक शिक्षक
• 19 नवंबर: प्राथमिक एवं उच्च प्राथमिक शिक्षक
• 20 नवंबर: उच्च प्राथमिक एवं उच्चतर माध्यमिक शिक्षक
  राज्य के 63 प्रखंडों में टीएनए केंद्र बनाए गए हैं।

शिक्षकों के लिए टीएनए के प्रमुख निर्देश

• प्रश्नों की संख्या: 60
• कुल समय: 2 घंटे
• एक शिक्षक सिर्फ वही मोबाइल फोन केंद्र में ले जा सकेगा जिससे टेस्ट देना है
• एक टेबल पर केवल दो शिक्षक बैठेंगे
• हर केंद्र पर 10 निरीक्षकों की टीम तैनात रहेगी

टीचर नीड असेसमेंट का पहला राउंड अगस्त 2025 में आयोजित किया जा चुका है। दूसरा राउंड अधिक संगठित, तकनीकी रूप से बेहतर और कड़ी निगरानी में कराया जा रहा है, ताकि शिक्षकों की प्रशिक्षण आवश्यकताओं की सटीक पहचान कर भविष्य के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों को मजबूत बनाया जा सके।
