साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित, विभिन्न आवेदनों पर कार्रवाई के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला समाहरणालय सभागार में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए आम नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याएँ रखीं। उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदनों को धैर्यपूर्वक सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान ग्राम करम टोली, गुमला के रिकी किरपोट्टा ने बताया कि सन्तमुनी देवी के नाम से दर्ज उपभोक्ता संख्या में अचानक 79,163 रुपये का विद्युत बिल प्राप्त हुआ है, जो बिलिंग त्रुटि का मामला प्रतीत होता है। उपायुक्त ने विद्युत विभाग को बिल की जांच कर वास्तविक आंकड़ा सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

नवडीहा, घाघरा के नीलाम्बर प्रकाश भगत ने अपनी पैतृक भूमि के एक हिस्से को अपनी कंपनी निलंबर एग्री ट्रेड प्राइवेट लिमिटेड में पूंजी अंशदान के रूप में शामिल किए जाने हेतु अनुमति का अनुरोध किया। उपायुक्त ने राजस्व एवं निबंधन संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवेदन की विधिसम्मत जांच कर आगे की आवश्यक प्रक्रिया सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

कोबजा टेढ़ा चुआँ के कलेश तुरी, शंकर तुरी एवं कमलेश तुरी ने बताया कि उन्हें प्राप्त सरकारी आवास के निर्माण कार्य में स्थानीय विवाद के कारण लगातार बाधा उत्पन्न की जा रही है, जबकि उनके पूर्वज उक्त भूमि पर लंबे समय से रह रहे हैं। उपायुक्त ने अंचल अधिकारी रायडीह,इसके संबंधित जांच के निर्देश दिए।

भरनों फार्मर प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी लिमिटेड द्वारा गुमला शहर में मक्का प्रसंस्कृत उत्पादों के विपणन हेतु एक आउटलेट की आवश्यकता व्यक्त की गई। कंपनी ने सरकारी योजनाओं से अपने उत्पादों को जोड़ने के लिए मार्गदर्शन की भी मांग की। उपायुक्त ने नगर परिषद को आवेदन अग्रसारित करते हुए आवश्यक कारवाई के निर्देश दिए।

जनसुनवाई के दौरान सिसई निवासी गुलनाज प्रवीण ने अबुआ आवास योजना के अंतर्गत लाभ प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया। टोटो निवासी संजीदा खातून ने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना में चयन किए जाने का आग्रह किया। अरमाई ग्राम निवासी त्रिवेणी प्रसाद चौधरी ने बताया कि गुमला बाइपास रोड के निर्माण के दौरान उनका मकान क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया था, जिसके लिए उन्होंने मुआवजा राशि की मांग की। टोटो निवासी दिव्यांग फजल रहमान ने स्वयं को पूर्णतः दिव्यांग बताते हुए विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया।

इसके अतिरिक्त जनसुनवाई के दौरान सर्पदंश के मुआवजा, आपदा सहायता, पेयजल उपलब्धता, विद्यालय मरम्मती, सड़क निर्माण, घरेलू विवादों के समाधान तथा विभिन्न पेंशन एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं से संबंधित आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदनों पर तत्परता के साथ आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया तथा कहा कि जिल प्रशासन जनसमस्याओं के निराकरण के लिए पूर्णतः प्रतिबद्ध है।
