जिले में 21 नवंबर से 15 दिसंबर तक “आपकी योजना – आपकी सरकार- आपके द्वार” शिविरों का आयोजन, उपायुक्त ने बैठक कर तैयारी की समीक्षा की

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में झारखंड सरकार की महत्त्वाकांक्षी “आपकी योजना- आपकी सरकार- आपके द्वार” कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत जिले में 21 नवंबर 2025 से 15 दिसंबर 2025 तक सभी प्रखंडों एवं नगर परिषद क्षेत्र में शिविरों का आयोजन किया जाएगा। इन शिविरों का उद्देश्य नागरिकों को विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं व सेवाओं का लाभ एक ही स्थान पर सरल, त्वरित और पारदर्शी तरीके से उपलब्ध कराना है।

आज उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में गूगल मीट के माध्यम से जिले के वरीय अधिकारियों, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों एवं संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारियों के साथ विस्तृत समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में उपायुक्त ने कार्यक्रम के सुचारू संचालन के लिए विभागवार तैयारियों की समीक्षा की और स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि शिविरों में आने वाले प्रत्येक लाभुक को योजनाओं का लाभ प्राथमिकता से एवं बिना किसी विलंब के उपलब्ध कराया जाए।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार की लोककल्याणकारी योजनाओं को हर पात्र नागरिक तक पहुंचाना जिला प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने यह भी निर्देश दिया कि शिविरों में आवश्यक स्टाफ की उपस्थिति, योजना संबंधित काउंटरों की सुचारू व्यवस्था तथा नागरिकों की सुविधाओं के लिए सभी विभाग पूर्ण समन्वय के साथ कार्य करें। उन्होंने वरीय अधिकारियों को राज्य सरकार द्वारा जारी गाइडलाइन से अवगत कराते हुए प्रतिदिन शिविरों की मॉनिटरिंग करने, प्रखंडवार फीडबैक लेने और उत्पन्न समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान का निर्देश दिया।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने अबुआ आवास योजना, बिरसा सिंचाई कूप संवर्धन योजना, विद्यार्थियों के लिए जाति प्रमाण पत्र तथा आय प्रमाण पत्र निर्गमन, सर्वजन पेंशन योजना, सावित्रीबाई फुले किशोरी समृद्धि योजना, किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड योजना, मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन विकास योजना, गुरुजी स्टूडेंट क्रेडिट कार्ड योजना, मुख्यमंत्री रोजगार सृजन योजना, झारखंड मुख्यमंत्री मइयां सम्मान योजना, अबुआ स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा योजना तथा निवास प्रमाण पत्र जैसी योजनाओं पर विशेष फोकस करते हुए अधिक से अधिक लाभुकों तक इन योजनाओं को पहुंचाने के निर्देश दिए।
ज्ञात हो कि जिले में 159 पंचायतों एवं नगर परिषद क्षेत्र के 22 वार्डों में शिविर का आयोजन होगा जिसकी तिथि निर्धारित कर दी गई है।

कार्यक्रम के प्रथम दिन दिनांक 21 नवंबर 2025 को निम्नलिखित स्थानों पर शिविरों का आयोजन किया जाएगा:

सिसई प्रखंड में भदौली पंचायत भवन, बसिया प्रखंड में ओकबा पंचायत भवन, कामडारा प्रखंड में कामडारा पंचायत स्थित मध्य विद्यालय तूरबुल, चैनपुर प्रखंड में कातिंग पंचायत भवन, जारी प्रखंड में सीसी करम टोली पंचायत भवन, डुमरी प्रखंड में उदनी पंचायत भवन, पालकोट प्रखंड में बागेसेरा पंचायत भवन, विशुनपुर प्रखंड में गुरदरी पंचायत भवन, गुमला प्रखंड में डूमरडीह पंचायत भवन, भरनो प्रखंड में अमलिया पंचायत भवन, रायडीह प्रखंड में केमटे पंचायत भवन, घाघरा प्रखंड में दीर्गाओं पंचायत तथा नगर परिषद क्षेत्र में वार्ड संख्या 01।

उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों को निर्देशित किया है कि शिविरों में नागरिकों को योजनाओं की जानकारी, कागजात सत्यापन, आवेदन स्वीकार करने सहित सभी सेवाओं की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि अधिकतम लाभुकों तक सरकार की योजनाएं पहुंच सकें।

जिले के सभी नागरिकों से अपील है कि वे निर्धारित तिथियों पर आयोजित शिविरों में उपस्थित होकर विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ प्राप्त करें और इस जनकल्याणकारी कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में सहयोग दें।
