राष्ट्रीय स्कूली ताइक्वांडो प्रतियोगिता में झारखंड की ताइक्वांडो टीम के खिलाड़ियों ने किया शानदार प्रदर्शन, झारखंड की झोली में आया एक स्वर्ण और एक कांस्य पदक

दिनांक 15 से 19 नवम्बर, 2025 तक इंडोर स्पोर्ट्स कॉम्प्लेक्स, भगवती नगर, जम्मू में आयोजित राष्ट्रीय स्कूली ताइक्वांडो प्रतियोगिता में झारखंड की ताइक्वांडो टीम ने शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए एक स्वर्ण और एक कांस्य पदक जीतकर पूरे राज्य का गौरव बढ़ाया है। अंडर-19 बालिका वर्ग के 44 किलोग्राम वर्ग में झारखंड की सौम्या आयकत ने अद्वितीय प्रदर्शन करते हुए झारखंड को स्वर्ण पदक दिलाया है। सौम्या ने फाइनल में केंद्रीय विद्यालय की खिलाड़ी को 2-0 से हराकर जीत अपने नाम दर्ज कि। वहीं, अंडर-19 बालिका वर्ग के अंडर 40 किलोग्राम भारवर्ग में झारखंड की बबीता कुमारी ने भी उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करते हुए कांस्य पदक जीता है। बबीता ने अपने पहले तीन मुकाबलों में गुजरात, बिहार और तेलंगाना को 2-0 से मात देते हुए सेमीफाइनल में प्रवेश किया। सेमीफाइनल में महाराष्ट्र की खिलाड़ी के साथ 1-1 की बराबरी के बाद कड़े संघर्ष में तीसरे राउंड में मैच गंवाया, परंतु पूरे टूर्नामेंट में उनके बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन ने झारखंड के लिए पदक सुनिश्चित किया। राज्य कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी श्री धीरसेन ए सोरेंग ने हर्ष व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि झारखंड की बेटियों ने अपने संघर्ष, अनुशासन और अद्वितीय खेल कौशल से राज्य का मान बढ़ाया है।

बेटियों की इस उपलब्धि पर माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री हेमंत सोरेन, शिक्षा सचिव श्री उमाशंकर सिंह, राज्य परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन, प्रशासी पदाधिकारी श्री सच्चिदानंद द्विवेदी तिग्गा, राज्य कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी श्री धीरसेन ए. सोरेंग एवं राज्य खेल कोषांग के सभी सदस्यों के साथ राज्य ताइक्वांडो संघ के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष श्री गोपाल कुमार, महासचिव श्री संजय शर्मा, उपाध्यक्ष श्री मिथलेश कुमार सिंह, कोच श्री रमेश गिरी, टीम मैनेजर श्रीमती सुषमा टोप्पो एवं सहयोगी श्री एम. मोदस्सर ने दोनों खिलाड़ियों को बधाई देते हुए उज्जवल भविष्य का कामना किया है ।
