बुद्धिजीवियों…! शर्मिंदा होने की कोई जरूरत नहीं…शर्मिंदगी का युग बीत चुका, अब है बेशर्मी जमाना…तुम्हारा क्या बिगाड़ेगा जमाना…!

मोदी जी, बधाई। लोकसभा चुनाव में तो आप अपने दम पर बहुमत हासिल नहीं कर पाए मगर चुनाव के डेढ़ साल बाद राहुल गांधी को जलील करने के लिए आपने पूर्व राजदूतों, नौकरशाहों, न्यायाधीशों का जो जमावड़ा किया, उसमें आपने स्पष्ट बहुमत हासिल कर लिया है! न‌ इससे एक कम, न इससे एक ज्यादा। पूरे 272! यह आपकी छोटी उपलब्धि नहीं है मगर आपको अफसोस तो होगा कि अपने सबसे बड़े विरोधी के खिलाफ लिखवाये गये खुले पत्र में भी आप 272 दस्तखत ही जुटा पाए!

अरे आप जैसे प्रतापी तो हजार से भी अधिक अफसरों आदि को राहुल के खिलाफ खड़ा कर सकते थे मगर 272 पर अटक गए! यह आपकी नाकामी है साहेब। आप चाहते तो इस समय सेवारत अधिकारियों आदि से भी इस पत्र पर दस्तखत करवा सकते थे! आप सम्राट हो, नियम-कायदे आप पर लागू नहीं होते!

लोग तो मोदी जी, इन 272 भूतपूर्वों को बुद्धिजीवी नहीं, चाटुकार कह रहे हैं! सोशल मीडिया पर इनके ढोल की पोल खोल रहे हैं। लोग कह रहे हैं कि इन्हें बुद्धिजीवी कहना बुद्धि का अपमान है! चलिए फिर भी मैं इन्हें बुद्धिजीवी मान लेता हूं फिलहाल।

बुद्धि हो तो लाजवाब झूठ बोलने की कला में आदमी माहिर हो जाता है

बुद्धि से तो माननीय सब कुछ किया जा सकता है। लाजवाब झूठ बोले जा सकते हैं। सीधे को उल्टा और उल्टे को सीधा बताया जा सकता है। कुत्ते को शेर और शेर को कुत्ता सिद्ध किया जा सकता है। नाली के गंदे पानी को गंगाजल बताया जा सकता है! हिटलर को साधु और गांधी जी को शैतान साबित किया जा सकता है। गोडसे को शहीद और नेहरू को अय्याश सिद्ध किया जा सकता है।

बुद्धि ऐसी शै है कि आजादी के आंदोलन के खिलाफ अंग्रेज़ों का साथ देनेवालों को सबसे बड़ा देशभक्त भी बताया जा सकता है, माननीय मोदी जी, आपको यह ज्ञात होगा। 2002 के नरसंहारक को हिंदू धर्म का रक्षक, देश का उद्धारक बताया जा सकता है, यह भी आपकी जानकारी में होगा ही!

बुद्धिजीवियों की बेेेेचैन आत्मा पिछले 11 साल में हुए अत्याचारों पर नहीं जागी

यह आपके इन 272 के बुद्धिजीवी होने का ही प्रमाण है कि इन्हें राहुल गांधी के सवाल तो सवाल नहीं, षड़यंत्र का हिस्सा लग रहे हैं मगर चुनाव आयोग इन्हें लोकतंत्र का मंदिर नज़र आ रहा है।

इनकी आत्मा पिछले ग्यारह साल में देश में हुए बड़े से बड़े अत्याचारों पर नहीं जागी, हिंदू-मुस्लिम किए जाने पर नहीं जागी, बुलडोजर से गरीबों-मजलूमों-मुसलमानों के घर-दुकान उजाड़े जाने पर नहीं जागी, लोकतंत्र का बार-बार मज़ाक़ उड़ाए जाने पर नहीं जागी, मगर राहुल गांधी ने चुनाव आयोग पर सवाल उठा दिए तो फौरन उठ कर बैठ गई!

बिहार में मतदान से एक दिन पहले तक महिलाओं को दस-दस हजार रुपए दिये गये, यह न चुनाव आयोग को नजर आया और न इन 272 को!

पांच साल से अधिक समय से उमर खालिद और बाकी बेगुनाह दिल्ली दंगे के आरोप में जेल में बंद हैं, उनकी पूरी जवानी अदालत के सीखचों में बीती जा रही है, उन्हें आतंकवादियों से भी अधिक खतरनाक बताया जा रहा है मगर इनके जमीर ने एक बार भी जागने की तकलीफ़ नहीं की।

इनकी आत्मा को ऊपर से संकेत मिलता है कि अब जाग, भोर भई। जागने में अब फायदा है। सम्राट की कृपादृष्टि हो सकती है! इमाम-इकराम मिल सकते हैं, पुराने पाप मिट सकते हैं तो आत्मा जाग गई, लोकतंत्र याद आ गया, चुनाव आयोग की प्रतिष्ठा का स्मरण हो आया!

महोदयो, क्षमा करना आपमें इतने साहस का उदय रिटायरमेंट के बाद ही क्यों हो जाता है! आपके साहस के कारनामे हमें आपके सरकार में रहते तो कभी दिखाई- सुनाई नहीं पड़े! अचानक यह परिवर्तन कैसे और कहां से हो जाता है? लोकतंत्र के लिए आपके मन में दर्द कैसे जाग गया?

जब आप पदों पर‌ थे तो संवैधानिक संस्थाओं की चिंता आपको नहीं हुई, आप अपने आका का हुक्म बड़ी खूबसूरती से बजाते रहे मगर आज आपको लग रहा है कि राहुल गांधी चुनाव आयोग जैसी संस्था को बड़ी भद्दी भाषा में बदनाम कर रहे हैं! आप। ‘बुद्धिजीवी ‘हैं, इसलिए आपको यह नजर नहीं आया होगा कि इस आयोग को राहुल गांधी या अन्य विपक्षी नेताओं ने बदनाम नहीं किया है, यह खुद अपने को बदनाम करवाने पर आमादा है!

आप ‘बुद्धिजीवी’ हैं, इसलिए आपको यह नहीं दिखा कि सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट की अवहेलना करते हुए चुनाव आयोग के सदस्यों की चयन समिति से सुप्रीम कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश को क्यों हटाया और क्यों उनकी जगह अपने गृहमंत्री को लाया गया है?

‘बुद्धिजीवी’ होने के नाते ही आपको यह भी नहीं दिखा कि चुनाव आयोग के सदस्यों को पद पर रहने के दौरान और सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद भी संवैधानिक सुरक्षा क्यों दी गई है, जो कि आज तक राष्ट्रपति और प्रधानमंत्री को भी हासिल नहीं है! इसलिए न कि वे जो चाहें, गड़बड़ी सरकार के हक में और लोकतंत्र को कुचलने के लिए करें मगर उनका बाल भी बांका नहीं किया जा सकता!

आप ‘बुद्धिजीवी’ हैं, इसलिए आपको यह कैसे दिखाई दे सकता है कि एस आई आर में कितने स्तर पर गड़बड़ियां की गईं और किस तरह सुप्रीम कोर्ट के मजबूर करने के बाद ही आयोग ने आधारकार्ड को वैध दस्तावेज के रूप में माना है वरना बिहार के गरीब-गुरबा वोट तक नहीं दे पाता!

खैर छोड़िए इन बातों को। इन सबसे आपका क्या संबंध? आप तो सुख और आनंद की दुनिया में मजे से लोटपोट होते रहिए। देश में लोकतंत्र रहे न रहे, इससे आपको क्या फर्क पड़ता है? आपकी मोटी पेंशन सुरक्षित है, आपके फ्लैट, बंगले और फार्म हाउस सुरक्षित हैं, आपके लंच-डिनर बड़ी क्लबों और होटलों में आरक्षित हैं। आपकी विदेश यात्राएं निर्बाधित हैं।

दुनिया इधर से उधर हो जाए तो भी आपकी सेहत पर अंतर नहीं पड़ता। आपको फर्क पड़ता है डायबिटीज होने से, हार्ट अटैक आने से, कैंसर होने से, गैस बनने से और आपकी सहूलियतों में कमी आने से! लोकतंत्र, चुनाव, एस आई आर ये सब गरीबों कमजोरों-दलितों के विषय हैं।

जिनके घर में चूल्हा नहीं जलता, जिनके बेटे-बेटियां बेरोजगार हैं, ये उनके विषय हैं। आपको कोई समस्या अगर कभी हुई भी तो यूरोप-अमेरिका जाकर बस जाएंगे और किसी दिन वहां गुमनाम मर जाएंगे। फिर भी मुन्ना भाई आप लगे रहिए।

बुद्धिजीवी होने का तमगा सीने पर लटकाये रहिए। रिटायर हो चुके हैं मगर सरकार के हुक्म की तामील करते रहिए। शर्मिंदा मत होइए! शर्मिंदगी का युग बीत चुका, बेशर्मी अब तेरा ही आसरा है।
