गुमला जिला स्तरीय मुखिया सम्मेलन 2025 सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न

गुमला: उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना गुमला द्वारा जिला स्तरीय मुखिया सम्मेलन 2025 का आयोजन जिला मुख्यालय स्थित मुख्यमंत्री उत्कृष्ट विद्यालय सभागार में किया गया। सम्मेलन का मुख्य उद्देश्य पंचायत स्तर पर शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार, सामुदायिक सहभागिता को मजबूत करना और विद्यालयों में नामांकन, उपस्थिति व शैक्षणिक परिणामों को बेहतर बनाना था।

कार्यक्रम का संयुक्त उद्घाटन उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो, अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र बड़ाइक एवं जिला परिषद उपाध्यक्ष संयुक्ता देवी ने दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया। छात्राओं द्वारा स्वागत गीत प्रस्तुत किया गया और अतिथियों को पौधा व शॉल देकर सम्मानित किया गया।

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां ने शिक्षा प्रबंधन में पंचायतों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रेखांकित की। जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो ने विद्यालय से संबंधित समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान हेतु मुखियाओं और अधिकारियों का संयुक्त व्हाट्सएप समूह बनाने की घोषणा की।

सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते हुए उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने कहा कि पंचायत स्तर पर शिक्षा को प्राथमिकता दिए बिना क्षेत्र का समग्र विकास संभव नहीं है। उन्होंने मुखियाओं से शत-प्रतिशत नामांकन, बालिका शिक्षा को बढ़ावा, ड्रॉपआउट बच्चों की पहचान व पुनर्वापसी और विद्यालयी गतिविधियों की नियमित निगरानी सुनिश्चित करने की अपील की।

अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र बड़ाइक ने नई शिक्षा नीति और शिक्षा अधिकार अधिनियम के सफल क्रियान्वयन में पंचायतों की जवाबदेही पर बल दिया। जिला परिषद उपाध्यक्ष संयुक्ता देवी ने शिक्षा के साथ संस्कार प्रणाली को मजबूत करने की आवश्यकता जताई।

सम्मेलन में मुखियाओं को विद्यालय संचालन, निगरानी व्यवस्था, बच्चों की उपस्थिति, सीखने के स्तर में सुधार, सामुदायिक सहभागिता बढ़ाने तथा छात्रवृत्ति, यूनिफ़ॉर्म, साइकिल और मध्याह्न भोजन जैसी योजनाओं में पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

आगामी बोर्ड परीक्षाओं को देखते हुए सभी पंचायतों में अभिभावक जागरूकता अभियान चलाने की जानकारी भी दी गई, जिससे बच्चों की पढ़ाई, अध्ययन समय और नियमित उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन ओमप्रकाश दास ने किया। इस अवसर पर जिला व प्रखंड स्तर के अधिकारी, टाटा ट्रस्ट, पिरामल फाउंडेशन और C3 के प्रतिनिधि समेत बीपीओ, बीआरपी, सीआरपी और शिक्षा विभाग के कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
