जिला खनन टास्क फोर्स एवं कारा सुरक्षा समिति की संयुक्त बैठक सम्पन्न, उपायुक्त ने दिया आवश्यक निर्देश

गुमला :- गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में जिला खनन टास्क फोर्स एवं कारा सुरक्षा समिति की संयुक्त बैठक आज जिला समाहरणालय स्थित सभा कक्ष में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिले में खनन गतिविधियों पर निगरानी, पर्यावरण संरक्षण, राजस्व वृद्धि तथा कारा सुरक्षा से जुड़े विभिन्न महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर विस्तारपूर्वक समीक्षा कर आवश्यक निर्णय लिए गए।

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने सभी पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि जिले में अवैध खनन एवं खनिज परिवहन पर पूर्ण रोक सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने बालू घाटों से अवैध निकासी के विरुद्ध नियमित सघन जांच अभियान चलाने तथा पकड़े गए खनिजों की त्वरित नीलामी सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन बालूघाटों की ऑनलाइन नीलामी प्रक्रिया पूर्ण की जा रही है, उनमें ग्राम सभाओं के माध्यम से शीघ्र अग्रेतर कार्रवाई कर बालू की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जाए।

उपायुक्त ने ओवरलोड तथा चालान विहीन वाहनों की नियमित जांच करने, खनन पट्टा क्षेत्र एवं क्रशर इकाइयों का निरीक्षण कर बाउंड्री, साइन बोर्ड, कवरिंग सहित सभी मानकों का पालन सुनिश्चित कराने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि पर्यावरण संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में अवैध खनन पर अंकुश के लिए संयुक्त छापेमारी कार्रवाई लगातार जारी रहे।

कारा सुरक्षा संबंधी समीक्षा के दौरान उपायुक्त ने नवनिर्मित विस्तारित खंड में CCTV कैमरा, इलेक्ट्रिक फेंसिंग, हाईमास्ट लाइट एवं स्ट्रीट लाइट लगाने से जुड़े कार्यों की प्रगति की जानकारी ली तथा शेष कार्यों को समयबद्ध पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही महिला बंदियों एवं उनके साथ रह रहे बच्चों की शिक्षा हेतु शिक्षिका प्रतिनियुक्ति की दिशा में आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने को कहा।

बैठक में उपस्थित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित करते हुए उपायुक्त ने कहा कि प्राप्त शिकायतों का त्वरित एवं पारदर्शी निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया जाए तथा खनन से संबंधित गतिविधियों में किसी भी प्रकार की शिथिलता बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

बैठक में जिला वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी,, पुलिस उपाधीक्षक, जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, अधीक्षक, कारा अधीक्षक सहित अन्य सम्बंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।।
