सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह के तहत रायडीह प्रखंड में आयोजित पंचायत स्तरीय शिविर का निरीक्षण

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में आपकी योजना–आपकी सरकार–आपके द्वार कार्यक्रम के तहत दिनांक 21 से 28 नवंबर 2025 तक सेवा का अधिकार सप्ताह मनाया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में आज निदेशक लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्व-नियोजन, जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा, गुमला, विद्या भूषण कुमार द्वारा प्रखंड रायडीह अंतर्गत पंचायत पिबो एवं जरजत्ता में आयोजित पंचायत स्तरीय शिविर का निरीक्षण किया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान जाति, आवासीय, आय, जन्म-मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र, राशन कार्ड, दाखिल-खारिज, भूमि नापी, भूमि धारण आदि से संबंधित लगाए गए विभिन्न स्टॉलों का अवलोकन किया गया। शिविर में बड़ी संख्या में उपस्थित लाभुकों से वार्ता की गई तथा उपस्थित पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों को कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने हेतु आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए। साथ ही प्राप्त आवेदनों एवं शिकायतों के ऑन-द-स्पॉट निष्पादन के साथ-साथ लंबित मामलों का निर्धारित समयावधि में निपटान सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

पंचायत पिबो में आयोजित शिविर के दौरान कुल 11 प्रमाण पत्र (जन्म/मृत्यु/जाति/आय/आवासीय) जारी किए गए। स्वास्थ्य विभाग के स्टॉल पर कुल 57 ग्रामीणों ने चिकित्सा जांच कराई। शिविर में KYC संबंधी 25 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। मनरेगा के अंतर्गत 20 लाभुकों के जॉब कार्ड का नवीनीकरण किया गया तथा 08 नए जॉब कार्ड जारी किए गए। साथ ही दो माताओं का गोदभराई और एक बच्चे का अन्नप्राशन कार्यक्रम भी संपन्न कराया गया, जिससे शिविर के प्रति लोगों में उत्साह देखा गया।

दिनांक 27 नवंबर 2025 को रायडीह प्रखंड के पिबो पंचायत में आयोजित पंचायत स्तरीय शिविर में कुल 3,77 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। इनमें मइया सम्मान योजना के 40, वृद्धा पेंशन के 07, स्वास्थ्य विभाग (ओपीडी) से संबंधित 60, श्रम विभाग के 03, कृषि विभाग (केसीसी) के 03, राशन कार्ड संबंधित 05, मनरेगा के 90, बिजली विभाग के 02, महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग के 03, जाति प्रमाण पत्र के 06, आय प्रमाण पत्र के 07, आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र के 03, उद्योग विभाग के 03, अबुआ आवास योजना के 46, कल्याण गुरुकुल योजना के 15, आयुष्मान कार्ड के 38, पशुपालन के 20, आधार कार्ड संबंधित 26 तथा जन्म-मृत्यु से संबंधित 01 आवेदन शामिल हैं।

निदेशक लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्व-नियोजन, जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा, गुमला द्वारा यह निर्देश दिया गया कि प्रत्येक आवेदन एवं शिकायत का नियमानुसार निपटान यथाशीघ्र सुनिश्चित कराया जाए, ताकि ग्रामीणों को सरकारी सेवाओं का लाभ उनके द्वार तक सुगमता से उपलब्ध हो सकें l
