ICICI Prudential AMC को SEBI की अंतिम मंजूरी, IPO लॉन्च का रास्ता साफ

लखनऊ, दिसंबर 2025: देश की अग्रणी एसेट मैनेजमेंट कंपनियों में शामिल ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd को अपने इनिशियल पब्लिक ऑफर (IPO) के लिए भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (SEBI) से अंतिम स्वीकृति प्राप्त हो गई है। कंपनी ने यह ड्राफ्ट पेपर 8 जुलाई 2025 को फाइल किया था।

IPO का स्ट्रक्चर

इस IPO में

• प्रमोटर Prudential Corporation Holdings द्वारा ऑफर फॉर सेल (OFS) शामिल होगा।

ड्राफ्ट रेड हेरिंग प्रॉस्पेक्टस (DRHP) के अनुसार—

• कंपनी की वर्तमान इश्यूड, सब्सक्राइब्ड और पेड-अप शेयर कैपिटल 17,652,090 शेयर (₹1 फेस वैल्यू) है।
• प्रस्तावित बोनस इश्यू के बाद यह बढ़कर 49,42,58,520 इक्विटी शेयर हो जाएगी।
• बोनस जारी होने के बाद प्रमोटर द्वारा अधिकतम 4,94,25,852 इक्विटी शेयर ऑफर किए जाएंगे।

देश की सबसे बड़ी एएमसी होने का दावा

ICICI Prudential AMC, जो ICICI Bank और Prudential Corporation Holdings Ltd का संयुक्त उद्यम है, 1998 से कार्यरत है। यह भारत की सबसे बड़ी एसेट मैनेजमेंट कंपनी है, सक्रिय म्यूचुअल फंड QAAUM में 13.3% मार्केट शेयर (31 मार्च 2025 तक—CRISIL) के साथ।

• कुल म्यूचुअल फंड QAAUM: ₹8,79,410 करोड़
• इक्विटी एवं इक्विटी-ओरिएंटेड स्कीमों में मार्केट शेयर: 13.4%
• इक्विटी हाइब्रिड स्कीमों में मार्केट शेयर: 25.3% (भारत में सर्वाधिक)

कंपनी के पास इंडिविजुअल इनवेस्टर्स का सबसे बड़ा MAAUM भी है:

• व्यक्तिगत निवेशक MAAUM: ₹5,65,820 करोड़
• मार्केट शेयर: 13.8%

PMS–AIF सेगमेंट में भी मजबूत उपस्थिति

म्यूचुअल फंड के अलावा कंपनी का

• Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
• Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
• Offshore Advisory Services

का व्यवसाय भी तेजी से बढ़ रहा है।

इस इश्यू के लिए कुल 20 बुक-रनिंग लीड मैनेजर (BRLMs) नियुक्त किए गए हैं, जिनमें शामिल हैं:
ICICI Securities, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, BofA Securities, Axis Capital, Kotak Mahindra Capital, Nomura, Goldman Sachs, SBI Capital, HDFC Bank, Avendus Capital, BNP Paribas, JM Financial, IIFL, Motilal Oswal, UBS आदि।

IPO का रजिस्ट्रार KFin Technologies Ltd होगा।
