भारत को “कौशल मुख्यालय” बनाने की दिशा में बड़ा कदम: NATS प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम से जुड़ा विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय, विद्यार्थियों को मिलेगी ऑन-द-जॉब ट्रेनिंग और स्टाइपेंड

हजारीबाग। विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय (विभावि) ने अपने स्नातक उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थियों को रोजगार उन्मुख कौशल प्रशिक्षण से जोड़ने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण पहल की है। भारत सरकार के नेशनल अप्रेंटिसशिप ट्रेनिंग स्कीम (NATS) के तहत विश्वविद्यालय अब विद्यार्थियों को तकनीकी और गैर-तकनीकी क्षेत्रों में ऑन-द-जॉब ट्रेनिंग, सम्मानजनक स्टाइपेंड और रोजगार सहायता उपलब्ध कराएगा।

यह कार्यक्रम पूर्वी क्षेत्र बोर्ड ऑफ प्रैक्टिकल ट्रेनिंग (BOPT) कोलकाता एवं झारखंड सरकार के उच्च शिक्षा निदेशालय के सहयोग से संचालित किया जा रहा है। कुलपति प्रो. चंद्र भूषण शर्मा के प्रयासों से विश्वविद्यालय को इस राष्ट्रीय महत्व के कार्यक्रम से जुड़ने का अवसर मिला।

5 दिसंबर तक हुए वेबिनार, 14 कॉलेजों ने लिया हिस्सा

26 नवंबर से 5 दिसंबर 2025 तक विश्वविद्यालय के

• 14 अंगीभूत एवं मॉडल महाविद्यालय
• स्नातकोत्तर विभागों

में लगातार वेबिनार आयोजित किए गए। विद्यार्थियों को NATS के तहत मिलने वाले कौशल प्रशिक्षण, पंजीयन प्रक्रिया, प्लेसमेंट और स्टाइपेंड की विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई।

शुक्रवार को आयोजित वेबिनार में संत कोलंबा कॉलेज और विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के बड़ी संख्या में विद्यार्थी जुड़े।
कार्यक्रम में BOPT के अधिकारी के. चंद्रमौली, मुस्तफिजुर रहमान, और विश्वजीत संसाधन सेवी के रूप में उपस्थित रहे।

राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग ने स्मार्ट बोर्ड से किया लाइव प्रसारण

विभावि के राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग में इस वेबिनार को डिजिटल स्मार्ट बोर्ड पर लाइव प्रसारित किया गया।
विभाग के विद्यार्थी, शोधार्थी और शिक्षक अपने मोबाइल फोन से भी जुड़े।

इस दौरान विश्वविद्यालय के कुलसचिव डॉ. सादिक रज्जाक,
चांसलर पोर्टल के नोडल पदाधिकारी डॉ. इंद्रजीत कुमार,
तथा कई विभागों के अध्यक्ष और शिक्षक शामिल रहे।

क्या मिलेगा विद्यार्थियों को?

1. ऑन-द-जॉब ट्रेनिंग

• पंजीयन के बाद विद्यार्थियों को उद्योगों में व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा।
• प्रशिक्षुओं की तैनाती बिहार, झारखंड, पश्चिम बंगाल और ओडिशा की कंपनियों में की जाएगी।
• प्रशिक्षण अवधि 6 माह से 3 वर्ष तक होगी।

2. स्टाइपेंड

• प्रशिक्षुओं को 8,000–9,000 रुपये प्रतिमाह स्टाइपेंड मिलेगा।
• आधी राशि भारत सरकार देगी, शेष ट्रेनिंग प्रदाता संस्थान द्वारा दी जाएगी।
• उद्देश्य: “माता-पिता पर किसी भी प्रकार का आर्थिक बोझ न पड़े।”

3. नौकरी में सहयोग

• BOPT प्रशिक्षित विद्यार्थियों को रोजगार दिलाने तक पूर्ण सहयोग देगा।
• अब तक पूर्वी क्षेत्र के 1.8 लाख विद्यार्थी इस योजना से लाभान्वित हो चुके हैं।

कौन कर सकता है पंजीकरण?

• केवल वही विद्यार्थी पंजीकरण करा सकेंगे जो 26 नवंबर से 5 दिसंबर तक आयोजित वेबिनार में शामिल हुए हैं।
• यह प्रशिक्षण इंजीनियरिंग, B.A., B.Sc., B.Com सहित सभी सामान्य स्नातक उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थियों के लिए उपलब्ध है।

योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य

भारत सरकार इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से भारत को विश्व का “कौशल मुख्यालय” (Skill Capital of the World) बनाने की दिशा में कार्य कर रही है।
