गुमला बायपास में बड़े मालवाहक वाहनों पर ताबड़तोड़ कार्रवाई, ₹1.10 लाख का जुर्माना!

​गुमला : – गुमला जिले में बढ़ती सड़क दुर्घटनाओं पर लगाम लगाने के लिए प्रशासन अब पूरी तरह से सख्त है।
​17 दिसंबर 2025 को गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित और पुलिस कप्तान हरिश बिन जामां के निर्देश पर, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (डीटीओ) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के नेतृत्व में गुमला बायपास क्षेत्र में बड़े मालवाहक और यात्री वाहनों को लक्षित करते हुए एक व्यापक जाँच अभियान चलाया गया।
​अभियान के मुख्य निष्कर्ष
​रिकॉर्ड जुर्माना: यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले लापरवाह चालकों से कुल ₹1,10,000 (एक लाख दस हज़ार रुपये) का भारी जुर्माना वसूला गया।
​सख्ती: उल्लंघन करने वाले लोगों को पकड़ा गया और उन पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की गई।
​इन उल्लंघनों पर था विशेष ध्यान
​डीटीओ ज्ञान जायसवाल और उनकी टीम ने दुर्घटनाओं के मुख्य कारणों पर फोकस किया:
​तेज रफ़्तार: बड़े वाहनों का अनियंत्रित और तेज गति से चलना।

ओवरलोडिंग: ट्रक, बस और पिकअप जैसे मालवाहकों में निर्धारित क्षमता से अधिक सामान/यात्री लादकर सड़क को जोखिम में डालना।

​कागज़ात का अभाव: ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, इंश्योरेंस, पीयूसी (PUC) और रोड टैक्स जैसे ज़रूरी दस्तावेज़ों के बिना वाहन चलाना।

​अनाधिकृत उपकरण: प्रेशर हॉर्न और मल्टी-टोन हॉर्न का उपयोग।

जुर्माने के साथ ‘सख्त हिदायत’
​डीटीओ ने स्पष्ट किया कि अभियान का प्राथमिक लक्ष्य सड़क दुर्घटनाओं को शून्य पर लाना है। पकड़े गए चालकों को आर्थिक दंड के साथ-साथ, लापरवाही के गंभीर परिणामों के बारे में व्यक्तिगत रूप से जागरूक किया गया और भविष्य में अनिवार्य रूप से नियमों का पालन करने की सख्त हिदायत दी गई।
​अधिकारियों की अंतिम चेतावनी: भविष्य में यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ और भी कठोर और कानूनी कदम उठाए जाएंगे।
