गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के आदेशानुसार बोर्ड एग्जाम विजय अभियान के अंतर्गत झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना कार्यालय गुमला से गठित जिला कंट्रोल टीम द्वारा आज जिले के प्रखंड एवं संकुल स्तर पर कार्यरत कर्मियों के कार्यों की सघन मॉनिटरिंग की गई।
जिले में कार्यरत कुल 1,10 सीआरपी, बीआरपी एवं बीपीओ में से 42 कर्मियों की विस्तृत मॉनिटरिंग की गई। इस दौरान उनके द्वारा किए जा रहे विद्यालय भ्रमण, टैग विद्यालयों में संचालित रेमेडियल कक्षाएं, बच्चों की उपस्थिति, मॉडल प्रश्नों का अभ्यास तथा कमजोर छात्रों की बोर्ड परीक्षा तैयारियों को लेकर गहन समीक्षा एवं चर्चा की गई।
मॉनिटरिंग के क्रम में सभी संबंधित कर्मियों से उनके कार्य क्षेत्र में वास्तविक उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने हेतु गूगल मैप आधारित करंट लोकेशन भी प्राप्त की गई। साथ ही सभी को बोर्ड परीक्षा विजय अभियान के तहत पूर्ण निष्ठा, ईमानदारी एवं जिम्मेदारी के साथ कार्य करने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया।
इस कार्रवाई से स्पष्ट है कि जिले में शिक्षा विभाग में उपायुक्त की कड़ाई के तहत बोर्ड परीक्षा की तैयारियों को लेकर किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। सभी का अपने कार्यक्षेत्र में गंभीरता से कार्य एवं नियमित विद्यालय अनुश्रवण अनिवार्य है।
जिला कंट्रोल टीम में झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना से एडीपीओ, सभी एपीओ, एओ, एई, लेखापाल, स्टेनोग्राफर एवं कम्प्यूटर ऑपरेटर इस अभियान में शामिल रहे।
