सदर अस्पताल गुमला का साप्ताहिक निरीक्षण किया गया

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में, जिला लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा विद्या भूषण कुमार के द्वारा सदर अस्पताल गुमला का साप्ताहिक निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के क्रम में रोगी भर्ती वार्ड, किचेन रूम, दवा वितरण कक्ष, इमरजेंसी वार्ड, ओपीडी, आदि का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के क्रम में रोगी भर्ती वार्ड में भर्ती किए गए मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों से वार्ता की गई। वार्ता के क्रम में मरीज एवं उनके परिजनों के द्वारा सेवा संतुष्टि बतलाई गई। प्रसव एवं उपकरण की उपलब्धता के संदर्भ में जानकारी प्राप्त हुई कि अपराह्न 4.00 बजे तक 10 माताओं की सामान्य प्रसव कराया गया है एवं 01 का सी सेक्शन ऑपरेशन किया क्या है। सभी माताओं को प्रसव के उपरांत निगरानी में रखा गया है। सर्जिकल वार्ड में 28 मरीज तथा पुरुष वार्ड में 23, महिला वार्ड में 21, एवं बच्चों के वार्ड में 13 मरीज भर्ती थे। ओपीडी में कुल 5,78 मरीजों का निबंधन एवं 16 आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्गत किया गया था। उपाधीक्षक के द्वारा जानकारी दी गई कि संबंधित भर्ती एवं बाह्य रोगी को यथासंभव इलाज मुहैया कराया जा रहा है एवं जानकारी दी गई कि मरीज की स्थिति के अनुसार आवश्यकता आकलन के अनुसार इन्हें बेहतर इलाज हेतु अन्यत्र रेफर किया जाता है। कुल 93 मरीजों को अन्य प्रखंड से सदर अस्पताल गुमला में लाने ले जाने तथा 01 मरीज को रिम्स में भेजने हेतु एम्बुलेंस की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई गई है। किचेन के निरीक्षण के क्रम में आवश्यक साफ सफाई हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। दवा वितरण कक्ष के निरीक्षण के क्रम में जानकारी दी गई कि अभी वर्तमान में अस्पताल में 5,70 दवा उपलब्ध है एवं जन औषधि केंद्र में 1,39 प्रकार के दवा उपलब्ध की जानकारी प्राप्त हुई। पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मियों की उपस्थिति नियमित रूप से ससमय सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उपस्थिति पंजी का निरीक्षण किया गया एवं निरीक्षण के क्रम में अनुपस्थित पाए गए पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मियों से कारण पृच्छा हेतु उपाधीक्षक सदर हॉस्पिटल गुमला को निर्देशित किया गया। उपस्थिति आकस्मिक पंजी संधारित पाया गया। AScan मशीन सदर अस्पताल गुमला में उपायुक्त महोदया के प्रयास से दिनांक 18.12.2025 को उपलब्ध करा दी गई है। A Scan मशीन के रहने से सदर अस्पताल गुमला में आयुष्मान का एनरोलमेंट, मोतियाबिंद का ईलाज, एवं आंख संबंधी ईलाज में सुविधा होगा l
