गुमला जिले के कारीगरों को मिला बाजार, जिला प्रशासन की पहल से सशक्त हो रहा स्थानीय उद्यम

गुमला : – गुमला जिला के सुदूर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में वर्षों से अपने हाथों के हुनर से सुंदर और उपयोगी उत्पाद बनाने वाले गुमला जिले के कारीगरों को अब उनकी मेहनत का सही मूल्य मिलने की राह खुल रही है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के दिशा निर्देश के आलोक में, जिला प्रशासन की सतत पहल से अब कारीगरों का हुनर केवल कार्यशालाओं तक सीमित नहीं रहेगा, बल्कि बाजार तक पहुंचेगा और उनकी आमदनी को मजबूत करेगा।

कारीगरों को सशक्त बनाने के उद्देश्य से मुख्यमंत्री लघु एवं कुटीर उद्यम विकास बोर्ड के माध्यम से जिले के कारीगरों की पहचान और मैपिंग की गई। इसके बाद जिला प्रशासन द्वारा उन्हें टूलकिट उपलब्ध कराए गए और कौशल उन्नयत का प्रशिक्षण दिया गया, ताकि उनका पारंपरिक हुनर आधुनिक जरूरतों के अनुरूप और बेहतर बन सके।

केवल प्रशिक्षण ही नहीं, बल्कि कारीगरों के लिए एक सुरक्षित और सुविधाजनक कार्यस्थल की भी व्यवस्था की गई। एससीए मद से कॉमन फैसिलिटी सेंटर (CFC) भवन उपलब्ध कराया गया था , जिससे कारीगर धूप, बारिश और कठिन मौसम की चिंता किए बिना नियमित रूप से काम कर सकें।

अब जिला प्रशासन ने कारीगरों की सबसे बड़ी चिंता – बाजार- का भी समाधान करने की दिशा में कदम बढ़ाया है। कारीगरों के उत्पादों को बेहतर रूप, गुणवत्ता और बाजार उपलब्ध कराने के लिए आज दिनांक शुक्रवार को जिला प्रशासन, गुमला एवं NEEDS संस्था के बीच समझौता ज्ञापन (MOU) किया गया। इस साझेदारी के माध्यम से कारीगरों के उत्पादों की स्किलिंग, पैकेजिंग और विपणन को नया आधार मिलेगा।

इस अवसर पर जिला प्रशासन की ओर से जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, जिला उद्यमी समन्वयक, प्रखंड उद्यमी समन्वयक सहित संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे, वहीं NEEDS संस्था के प्रतिनिधियों ने भी सहभागिता की।
