जिला स्तरीय स्थापना-सह-अनुकम्पा समिति की बैठक संपन्न, सेवा, अनुकम्पा एवं कार्मिक मामलों पर हुआ व्यापक विचार

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय स्थापना-सह-अनुकम्पा समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिले के विभिन्न विभागों से संबंधित कार्मिकों के सेवा, अनुकम्पा, स्थानांतरण, पदस्थापन, प्रोन्नति एवं सेवान्त लाभ से जुड़े मामलों पर विस्तार से विचार-विमर्श किया गया।

बैठक के दौरान सामान्य अनुकम्पा के अंतर्गत प्राप्त 4 मामलों, उग्रवादी हिंसा से संबंधित 6 अनुकम्पा मामलों तथा चौकीदार अनुकम्पा से जुड़े 1 प्रस्ताव पर विचार किया गया। इसके साथ ही एसीपी/एमएसीपी/एमएसीपीएस के अंतर्गत प्राप्त 15 प्रस्तावों तथा सेवा सम्पुष्टि एवं प्रोन्नति से संबंधित विभिन्न कार्यालयों से प्राप्त कुल 35 प्रस्तावों की समीक्षा कर आवश्यक निर्णय लिए गए।

बैठक में पंचायत सचिवों की सेवा सम्पुष्टि, समेकित जनजाति विकास अभिकरण कार्यालय अंतर्गत चतुर्थ वर्गीय कर्मियों के एसीपी – एमएसीपी प्रस्तावों तथा माननीय झारखण्ड उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के आलोक में सेवान्त लाभ भुगतान से संबंधित विषयों पर भी चर्चा की गई।

इसके अतिरिक्त, अनुकम्पा नियुक्ति, स्थानांतरण, प्रतिनियुक्ति, स्थानांतरण स्थगन, चिकित्सीय एवं पारिवारिक कारणों से स्थानांतरण अनुरोध, सेवा से संबंधित स्पष्टीकरण, तथा निर्बलन अवधि के उपरांत विद्यालय निर्धारण एवं पदस्थापन जैसे विभिन्न व्यक्तिगत अभ्यावेदनों पर समिति द्वारा नियमानुसार विचार किया गया।

उपायुक्त ने सभी मामलों का पारदर्शी, संवेदनशील एवं नियमसम्मत निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने की बात कही, ताकि कार्मिकों से जुड़े लंबित विषयों का समयबद्ध एवं न्यायोचित समाधान किया जा सके।

इस दौरान बैठक में मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला, अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, सिविल सर्जन गुमला, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी गुमला सहित अन्य सम्बंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
