जिले के 50 किसानों को दिया गया गृहवाटिका का एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में, आज जिला उद्यान कार्यालय, गुमला की ओर से शनिवार को संयुक्त कृषि भवन के सभागार में गृहवाटिका विषय पर एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों, गुमला, बसिया, भरनो, डुमरी, कामडारा एवं पालकोट से आए कुल 50 लाभुक कृषकों ने भाग लिया।
प्रशिक्षण के दौरान किसानों को गृहवाटिका की स्थापना के अंतर्गत 50 वर्ग मीटर का सुरंगनुमा छाया शेडनेट, सोलर लाइट ट्रैप, बिचड़ा उत्पादन हेतु कैरेट, सिंचाई के लिए रोज़कन तथा केला का पौधा उपलब्ध कराया गया। एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण में गृहवाटिका की उपयोगिता, घरेलू स्तर पर सब्जी एवं फलों के उत्पादन तथा खाद्य एवं पोषण सुरक्षा में इसकी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका पर विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई।
कार्यक्रम में जिला उद्यान पदाधिकारी डॉ. तमन्ना परवीन ने उद्यान विभाग द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं एवं गतिविधियों की विस्तार से जानकारी दी। वहीं जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी द्वारा किसानों से कृषि एवं उद्यान विभाग की योजनाओं से जुड़कर अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाने की अपील की गई।
प्रशिक्षण सत्र में के.वी.के. के वैज्ञानिक द्वारा गृहवाटिका में सब्जी एवं फल फसलों की खेती, उनकी देखभाल एवं प्रबंधन से संबंधित तकनीकी जानकारी साझा की गई। इसके अतिरिक्त संजीव कुमार द्वारा सुरंगनुमा छाया शेडनेट की स्थापना एवं उसके उपयोग की विधि के बारे में कृषकों को अवगत कराया गया।
इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य किसानों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाते हुए पोषण सुरक्षा को सुदृढ़ करना तथा घर स्तर पर सब्जी एवं फल उत्पादन को प्रोत्साहित करना रहा।
