विभावि का दसवां दीक्षांत समारोह 23 दिसंबर को

राज्यपाल सह कुलाधिपति माननीय संतोष कुमार गंगवार होंगे मुख्य अतिथि

डिलीट, पीएचडी और टॉपरो के कुल 347 उपाधियां दिए जाएंगे

विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के दसवें दीक्षांत समारोह का आयोजन मंगलवार 23 दिसंबर को किया जाएगा। झारखंड के राज्यपाल सह झारखंड के विश्वविद्यालयों के कुलाधिपति माननीय संतोष कुमार गंगवार बतौर मुख्य अतिथि कार्यक्रम को सुशोभित करेंगे।

आयोजन को लेकर शनिवार को एक उच्चस्तरीय समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन कुलपति के सभागार में किया गया। बैठक की अध्यक्षता विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रोफेसर चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने की।

बैठक में भिन्न-भिन्न समितियों के संयोजकों से उनकी समिति की प्रस्तुति की जानकारी ली गई। आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश भी दिए गए।

प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार सभी उपाधि प्राप्त करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को 23 दिसंबर के पूर्वाह्न 9:00 बजे स्वामी विवेकानंद सभागार में पहुंचने का निर्देश दिया गया है। सभी विद्यार्थी एक अभिभावक के साथ आ सकते हैं। उन्हें गेट नंबर दो अर्थात लॉ कॉलेज के तरफ से विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में प्रवेश करना है तथा निर्धारित स्थान पर अपने वाहन का पड़ाव सुनिश्चित करना है। विद्यार्थी जहां विवेकानंद सभागार में अपना निर्धारित स्थान पर जाकर बैठेंगे वहीं उनके साथ आए अभिभावक के लिए बहुउद्देशीय परीक्षा भवन में बैठने की व्यवस्था की गई है। यहां एक डिजिटल स्क्रीन में पूरे कार्यक्रम का प्रसारण किया जाएगा।

शैक्षणिक शोभायात्रा में भाग लेने वाले अधिकारी एवं शिक्षक 10:30 तक शोभायात्रा प्रारंभ होने वाले स्थान पर अपनी उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करेंगे। प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार पूर्वाह्न 10. 50 बजे राज्यपाल सह कुलाधिपति का आगमन विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में होगा।

23 तारीख के कार्यक्रम को सुचारू रूप से संपन्न करवाने के लिए तय हुआ की शैक्षणिक शोभायात्रा एवं मंचीय कार्यक्रम का मॉक ड्रिल रविवार को अपराह्न 3:00 बजे से किया जाएगा। शैक्षणिक शोभायात्रा विवेकानंद सभागार के सामने के प्रारंभ होकर सभागार के अंदर प्रवेश करेगा। उसके बाद सभी सदस्य अपने निर्धारित स्थान पर बैठ जाएंगे।

दीक्षांत समारोह में एक डिलीट उपाधि दिया जाना है। उसके बाद भिन्न-भिन्न विषय के 230 पीएचडी उपाधि दिए जाएंगे। इसके अलावे स्नातकोत्तर के टॉपरो के 94 उपाधि, एक बेस्ट ग्रेजुएट तथा वोकेशनल के टॉपर के 21 उपाधि दिए जाएंगे। इस प्रकार कुल 347 उपाधि दीक्षांत समारोह में दिए जाएंगे। सारे टॉपर को स्वर्ण पदक से भी सम्मानित किया जाएगा।

दीक्षांत समारोह में सम्मिलित होने वाले अधिकारी, शिक्षक एवं विद्यार्थी निर्धारित भारतीय परिधान में होंगे।

बैठक में विश्वविद्यालय के कुलसचिव सह समाज विज्ञान के संकायअध्यक्ष डॉ सादिक रज्जाक, कुलानुशासक सह मानविकी के संकाय अध्यक्ष प्रो मिथिलेश कुमार सिंह, विज्ञान के संकायअध्यक्ष डॉ एच एन सिन्हा, परीक्षा नियंत्रक डॉ पंकज माझी, डॉ सुकल्याण मोइत्रा, डॉ आशीष कुमार साहा, डॉ किशोर कुमार गुप्ता, डॉ राखो हरि प्रसाद, डॉ विनोद रंजन, डॉ नीरज डांग आदि उपस्थित हुए।
