माननीय राष्ट्रपति महोदया के गुमला में प्रस्तावित दौरे को लेकर उपायुक्त एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक ने की जिलास्तरीय अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक

गुमला :- माननीय राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मू के 30 दिसंबर 2025 को प्रस्तावित गुमला जिला भ्रमण को लेकर उपायुक्त सह जिला दंडाधिकारी, गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन ज़मां की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में जिलास्तरीय अधिकारियों के साथ एक महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई।
बैठक में राष्ट्रपति के दौरे से संबंधित सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, यातायात प्रबंधन, रूटलाइन, कार्यक्रम स्थल की तैयारियां, स्वागत-सत्कार, लॉजिस्टिक प्रबंधन एवं प्रोटोकॉल से जुड़े सभी बिंदुओं पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई। उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागों को उनकी जिम्मेदारियां स्पष्ट रूप से सौंपते हुए निर्देश दिया कि राष्ट्रपति का दौरा पूर्णतः त्रुटिरहित, सुरक्षित एवं गरिमामय तरीके से संपन्न हो।
उपायुक्त द्वारा साफ-सफाई, पेयजल, शौचालय, पार्किंग, विद्युत व्यवस्था, अग्निशमन, स्वास्थ्य सुविधा, सीसीटीवी निगरानी, माइक एवं कैमरा व्यवस्था, वीवीआईपी एवं ग्रीन रूम, भोजन व्यवस्था सहित सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं की विभागवार समीक्षा की गई। उन्होंने विद्युत विभाग को निर्देश दिया कि रूटलाइन में कहीं भी खुले तार या ट्रांसफॉर्मर से संबंधित कोई समस्या न रहे। भवन प्रमंडल को हेलीपैड, आउटर बैरिकेडिंग एवं ड्रॉप गेट का कार्य निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए गए। आवश्यकतानुसार सड़क मरम्मत एवं ट्री कटिंग के भी निर्देश दिए गए।
अग्निशमन व्यवस्था को लेकर 28 दिसंबर तक टेंट एवं फायर सेफ्टी सर्टिफिकेट सुनिश्चित करने, सभी सरकारी वाहनों की फिटनेस जांच, सदर अस्पताल एवं रायडीह अस्पताल में एक-एक कक्ष चिन्हित कर एम्बुलेंस एवं मेडिकल टीम की तैनाती के निर्देश दिए गए। सुरक्षा के दृष्टिकोण से सभा स्थल, सड़क एवं जत्रा स्थल पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया।

पुलिस अधीक्षक, गुमला द्वारा आगमन रूट, मंच सुरक्षा, बैरिकेडिंग, ड्रॉप गेट, मोजो बैरिकेडिंग एवं भीड़ नियंत्रण को लेकर विस्तृत दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए। उन्होंने सभी संबंधित पुलिस पदाधिकारियों को उच्च सतर्कता के साथ ड्यूटी निर्वहन करने का निर्देश दिया।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो, अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, निदेशक डीआरडीए विद्या भूषण, डीसीएलआर गुमला राजीव कुमार, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी सदर राजीव नीरज, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर पूर्णिमा कुमारी, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी बसिया जयवंती देवगम, अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी सदर, चैनपुर एवं बसिया, जिला सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी ललन कुमार रजक, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी रमण कुमार, कार्यपालक अभियंता विद्युत विभाग, कार्यपालक अभियंता भवन प्रमंडल, सहायक जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी एलीना दास सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक में मुख्य कार्यक्रम के आयोजक शिवशंकर उरांव, अध्यक्ष, पंखराज साहेब कार्तिक स्वायत्तशासी विश्वविद्यालय निर्माण समिति-सह-पूर्व विधायक की भी उपस्थिति रही। उनके साथ कार्यक्रम से संबंधित प्रशासनिक, सुरक्षा एवं लॉजिस्टिक व्यवस्थाओं पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।
