आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्माण अभियान: गुमला जिला राज्य में तीसरे स्थान पर, 1 से 20 दिसंबर तक आयोजित हुए शिविर में 44,519 नए आयुष्मान कार्ड बने

गुमला :- गुमला जिले के प्रत्येक योग्य नागरिक को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा उपलब्ध कराने और किसी भी परिवार को इलाज के अभाव में आर्थिक संकट का सामना न करना पड़े, इस संकल्प के साथ उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर जिले में आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्माण का तीसरा चरण सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुआ। दिनांक 1 से 20 दिसंबर तक आयोजित इस 20 दिवसीय विशेष अभियान में जिला प्रशासन ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग एवं आपूर्ति विभाग के आपसी समन्वय से घर-घर तक स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा पहुंचाने का प्रयास किया।
इस विशेष शिविर के अंतर्गत जिले की सभी पीडीएस दुकानों पर राशन कार्ड धारकों का आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाया गया, ताकि आम नागरिकों को बार-बार भटकना न पड़े और वे अपने ही मोहल्ले में इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकें। इस 20 दिवसीय शिविर के दौरान कुल 44,519 नए आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाए गए, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप गुमला जिला राज्य स्तर पर तीसरे स्थान पर रहा। वर्तमान में जिले के लगभग 63 प्रतिशत नागरिक आयुष्मान कार्ड से आच्छादित हो चुके हैं।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि आयुष्मान कार्ड केवल एक कार्ड नहीं, बल्कि जरूरत के समय परिवार के लिए एक सुरक्षा कवच है। इसका उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि गंभीर बीमारी या आकस्मिक स्वास्थ्य संकट की स्थिति में किसी भी नागरिक को इलाज से वंचित न रहना पड़े। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले के शत-प्रतिशत नागरिकों तक इस योजना का लाभ पहुंचाना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है और इसके लिए निरंतर प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।
उपायुक्त ने जिलेवासियों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि जिन नागरिकों का आयुष्मान कार्ड अब तक नहीं बना है, वे अपने नजदीकी सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (सीएचसी), प्रज्ञा केंद्र अथवा सदर अस्पताल पहुंचकर अवश्य अपना आयुष्मान कार्ड बनवाएं। उन्होंने बताया कि अबुआ आयुष्मान कार्ड के माध्यम से पात्र परिवारों को ₹ 15 लाख तक के निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य उपचार की सुविधा प्राप्त होती है, जिससे गंभीर बीमारियों के इलाज में भी परिवारों को आर्थिक चिंता से मुक्ति मिलती है।
उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि जब तक जिले के शत-प्रतिशत योग्य नागरिकों का आयुष्मान कार्ड नहीं बन जाता, तब तक ऐसे विशेष शिविर आगे भी आयोजित किए जाते रहेंगे। जिला प्रशासन का प्रयास है कि कोई भी पात्र नागरिक इस महत्वपूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा योजना से वंचित न रह जाए और हर परिवार निश्चिंत होकर स्वस्थ जीवन की ओर आगे बढ़ सके।

गौरतलब है कि आयुष्मान भारत–मुख्यमंत्री अबुआ स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा योजना के तहत प्रत्येक पात्र परिवार को प्रति वर्ष प्रति परिवार 15 लाख रुपये तक के निःशुल्क इलाज की सुविधा प्रदान की जाती है। सभी जिलेवासियों से इस महत्वपूर्ण जनकल्याणकारी योजना के प्रति जागरूक होने एवं इसका अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाने की अपील है।
