राष्ट्रपति के गुमला आगमन की तैयारी तेज, गुमला–जशपुर सीमा पर अंतरराज्यीय समन्वय के साथ हवाई पट्टी व कार्यक्रम स्थल का संयुक्त निरीक्षण

गुमला :
आगामी 30 दिसंबर 2025 को भारत की माननीय राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मू के प्रस्तावित गुमला जिला आगमन को लेकर जिला प्रशासन एवं पुलिस प्रशासन ने तैयारियाँ तेज कर दी हैं। राष्ट्रपति के गरिमामय आगमन, सुरक्षित आवागमन तथा कार्यक्रम के सुचारु संचालन को सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से प्रशासनिक, सुरक्षा और प्रोटोकॉल स्तर पर समन्वित कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

इसी क्रम में शुक्रवार को उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन ज़मां के नेतृत्व में जिले के वरीय प्रशासनिक व पुलिस अधिकारियों ने छत्तीसगढ़ के जशपुर जिले अंतर्गत आगडीह स्थित हवाई पट्टी का संयुक्त निरीक्षण किया। प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार माननीय राष्ट्रपति का आगमन हेलीकॉप्टर के माध्यम से इसी हवाई पट्टी से गुमला जिले में होने की संभावना है। कार्यक्रम में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के राज्यपाल एवं मुख्यमंत्री की संभावित सहभागिता को देखते हुए अंतरराज्यीय समन्वय और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर विशेष जोर दिया जा रहा है।

निरीक्षण के दौरान गुमला–जशपुर अंतरराज्यीय सीमा क्षेत्र में दोनों जिलों के प्रशासनिक एवं पुलिस अधिकारियों के बीच स्थल पर ही उच्चस्तरीय समन्वय बैठक आयोजित की गई। जशपुर उपायुक्त रोहित व्यास एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक शशि मोहन सिंह के साथ सीमा क्षेत्र की विधि-व्यवस्था, सुरक्षा प्रबंधन, हवाई आवागमन, रूट प्लानिंग, फोर्स डिप्लॉयमेंट, आपातकालीन प्रतिक्रिया प्रणाली तथा समग्र सुरक्षा योजना पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई। दोनों जिलों के उपायुक्तों और पुलिस अधीक्षकों ने यह सुनिश्चित करने पर बल दिया कि राष्ट्रपति आगमन के दौरान सीमा क्षेत्र से लेकर कार्यक्रम स्थल तक त्रिस्तरीय सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पूरी तरह प्रभावी रहे।

निरीक्षण के दौरान गुमला जिले से अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, निदेशक डीआरडीए विद्या भूषण, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला राजीव नीरज, डीसीएलआर गुमला राजीव कुमार, अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी गुमला, कार्यपालक अभियंता भवन प्रमंडल, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, सहायक जिला सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी एलीना दास सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे। वहीं जशपुर जिले से अपर समाहर्ता, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य अधिकारी भी मौजूद रहे।

निरीक्षण उपरांत उपायुक्त एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक ने मांझाटोली स्थित प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम स्थल का भी संयुक्त निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान विधि-व्यवस्था, सुरक्षा घेरा, पार्किंग व्यवस्था, वीवीआईपी मूवमेंट, आमजनों की सुविधा, आपातकालीन सेवाओं की उपलब्धता तथा लॉजिस्टिक व्यवस्थाओं की गहन समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को सभी तैयारियाँ समयबद्ध रूप से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए, जबकि पुलिस अधीक्षक ने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर आवश्यक प्रोटोकॉल आधारित दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए।

कार्यक्रम स्थल निरीक्षण के दौरान जिला नजारत उप समाहर्ता ललन कुमार रजक, पीडी एनएचएआई सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी और कर्मी भी उपस्थित रहे।

प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया कि माननीय राष्ट्रपति के प्रस्तावित गुमला आगमन को लेकर सभी विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य कर रहे हैं। प्रत्येक स्तर पर सतत निगरानी रखते हुए यह सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है कि कार्यक्रम पूरी तरह सुरक्षित, सुव्यवस्थित और संवैधानिक गरिमा के अनुरूप संपन्न हो।
