माननीय राष्ट्रपति के गुमला दौरे को लेकर सुरक्षा तैयारियों की समीक्षा, ASL बैठक संपन्न

भारत की माननीय राष्ट्रपति श्रीमती द्रौपदी मुर्मू के आगामी 30 दिसंबर 2025 को गुमला जिले के रायडीह प्रखंड अंतर्गत शंख मोड़, मांझाटोली में प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम को लेकर जिला प्रशासन पूरी तरह सतर्क और सक्रिय है। राष्ट्रपति के भ्रमण को सुरक्षित, सुव्यवस्थित और गरिमामय बनाने के उद्देश्य से Advance Security Liaison (ASL) से संबंधित एक महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई।

यह बैठक उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन ज़मां की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में पूर्वाह्न 11:30 बजे रायडीह प्रखंड स्थित शंख मोड़, मांझाटोली के बैरियर बगीचा परिसर में निर्माणाधीन अस्थायी हैंगर में संपन्न हुई।

बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य राष्ट्रपति महोदया के प्रस्तावित दौरे को लेकर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, लॉजिस्टिक प्लानिंग, प्रोटोकॉल अनुपालन और विभागीय समन्वय से जुड़े सभी पहलुओं की गहन समीक्षा करना था। इस दौरान कार्यक्रम स्थल की सुरक्षा, आवागमन मार्ग एवं रूटलाइन, भीड़ नियंत्रण व्यवस्था, अग्निशमन इंतजाम, विद्युत आपूर्ति, पेयजल, संचार नेटवर्क, स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं, आपातकालीन प्रबंधन तथा मीडिया समन्वय जैसे महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

उपायुक्त एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक ने संबंधित सभी विभागों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ तय समय-सीमा में तैयारियां पूर्ण करने के स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए, ताकि किसी भी स्तर पर कोई चूक न हो।

ASL बैठक में वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी, उप विकास आयुक्त, IFS परीक्ष्यमान पदाधिकारी, निदेशक डीआरडीए, अपर समाहर्ता, सिविल सर्जन, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (गुमला, चैनपुर एवं बसिया) सहित जिला प्रशासन, पुलिस प्रशासन, तकनीकी विभागों तथा सेवा प्रदाता एजेंसियों के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

प्रशासन द्वारा बताया गया कि माननीय राष्ट्रपति महोदया के कार्यक्रम को पूर्णतः सुरक्षित, सुव्यवस्थित और गरिमामय बनाने के लिए सभी स्तरों पर समन्वित प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं तथा तैयारियों की निरंतर निगरानी की जा रही है।
