परमवीर चक्र विजेता शहीद अल्बर्ट एक्का की जयंती पर नवनिर्मित प्रतिमा का भव्य अनावरण, सैन्य सम्मान के साथ दी गई श्रद्धांजलि

गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का स्टेडियम परिसर में शनिवार को परमवीर चक्र से अलंकृत वीर शहीद अल्बर्ट एक्का की जयंती के अवसर पर उनकी नवनिर्मित प्रतिमा का भव्य एवं गरिमामय अनावरण किया गया। जिला प्रशासन के नेतृत्व में निर्मित इस प्रतिमा का उद्देश्य शहीद की स्मृति को स्थायी सम्मान देना और आने वाली पीढ़ियों को उनके अदम्य साहस, कर्तव्यनिष्ठा और राष्ट्रप्रेम से प्रेरित करना है।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन भारतीय सेना की राजपूत रेजिमेंट के अधिकारियों के विशेष दल द्वारा पूर्ण सैन्य अनुशासन, परंपरा और सम्मान के साथ किया गया, जिससे आयोजन को विशिष्ट राष्ट्रीय गरिमा प्राप्त हुई।

इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में विधायक भूषण तिर्की, उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित तथा पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन जमां उपस्थित रहे। अतिथियों ने संयुक्त रूप से प्रतिमा का अनावरण कर परमवीर शहीद को नमन किया और माल्यार्पण कर श्रद्धासुमन अर्पित किए। जिला प्रशासन, पुलिस प्रशासन, पूर्व सैनिक संगठनों एवं विभिन्न सामाजिक संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधियों ने भी पुष्पांजलि अर्पित कर शहीद के अद्वितीय बलिदान को स्मरण किया।

कार्यक्रम में परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का के परिजन भी ससम्मान उपस्थित रहे। उनके पुत्र विंसेंट एक्का, पुत्रवधु तथा पौत्र–पौत्रियों ने प्रतिमा पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित की। इस दौरान वातावरण भावुक और प्रेरणादायी रहा। सैन्य बैंड द्वारा प्रस्तुत देशभक्ति धुनों ने पूरे परिसर को राष्ट्रप्रेम और गौरव की भावना से ओतप्रोत कर दिया।

जयंती के उपलक्ष्य में केक काटकर परमवीर शहीद का जन्मदिन भी मनाया गया। सेना के जवानों, अधिकारियों एवं उपस्थित गणमान्य नागरिकों ने एक-दूसरे को मिठाई खिलाकर शहीद की स्मृति में सम्मान और गर्व प्रकट किया। वक्ताओं ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का का अदम्य साहस, कर्तव्यपरायणता और सर्वोच्च बलिदान सदैव देशवासियों, विशेषकर युवाओं के लिए प्रेरणा का स्रोत रहेगा।

इस अवसर पर उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला, अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, निदेशक डीआरडीए, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, जिला नजारत उप समाहर्ता सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी, बड़ी संख्या में नागरिक, जनप्रतिनिधि, समाजसेवी, छात्र–छात्राएं, पूर्व सैनिक एवं ग्रामीणजन उपस्थित रहे। सभी ने वीर शहीद के आदर्शों को आत्मसात करने और राष्ट्रसेवा के मार्ग पर चलने का संकल्प व्यक्त किया। संपूर्ण आयोजन शांतिपूर्ण, अनुशासित एवं अत्यंत गरिमामय वातावरण में संपन्न हुआ।
