सेहल गांव बना जलवायु-स्मार्ट विकास का मॉडल

गुमला जिले के घाघरा प्रखंड अंतर्गत सेहल पंचायत का सेहल गांव आज यह प्रमाणित कर रहा है कि जब सरकारी विभाग, सामाजिक संस्थाएं और किसान मिलकर कार्य करते हैं, तो विकास केवल योजनाओं तक सीमित नहीं रहता, बल्कि लोगों की आजीविका और जीवन स्तर में ठोस बदलाव लाता है। सरकारी विभागों, सामाजिक संस्था प्रदान (PRADAN) और घाघरा महिला किसान उत्पादक कंपनी लिमिटेड (GWFPCL) के संयुक्त प्रयासों से सेहल गांव खेती, आजीविका और जलवायु-अनुकूल विकास का एक सशक्त उदाहरण बनकर उभरा है।

मनरेगा (MGNREGA) योजना के तहत गांव में 5 एकड़ क्षेत्र में आम का बाग विकसित किया गया है, जबकि प्रदान के सहयोग से अतिरिक्त 22 एकड़ भूमि पर आम की बागवानी की गई है। जल संसाधन को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए मनरेगा से दो तालाबों का निर्माण किया गया है। इसके साथ ही सोलर लिफ्ट सिंचाई योजना के माध्यम से 65 एकड़ कृषि भूमि में सिंचाई सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई गई है, जिससे 52 किसान सीधे लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं।

सेहल गांव को क्लाइमेट-स्मार्ट विलेज के रूप में विकसित किया गया है। यहां 65 एकड़ कृषि क्षेत्र में सौर ऊर्जा आधारित सिंचाई की जा रही है तथा 110 घरों तक बिजली की सुविधा पहुंचाई गई है। इन प्रयासों से ग्रामीण परिवारों की आय में निरंतर वृद्धि हो रही है और कई परिवारों की वार्षिक आय ₹1 से ₹1.5 लाख तक पहुंचने की संभावना जताई जा रही है।

गांव में सौर ऊर्जा आधारित तेल निकालने की मशीन और पत्तल निर्माण मशीन की स्थापना भी की गई है, जिससे स्थानीय स्तर पर रोजगार के नए अवसर सृजित हुए हैं और ग्रामीणों को अतिरिक्त आय प्राप्त हो रही है।

खेती के क्षेत्र में भी विभागीय समन्वय का सकारात्मक प्रभाव देखने को मिल रहा है। कृषि विभाग के सहयोग से 12 एकड़ में सरसों की खेती की गई है, जबकि उद्यान विभाग के माध्यम से 5 एकड़ में स्ट्रॉबेरी की खेती की शुरुआत की गई है। GWFPCL द्वारा किसानों को उन्नत तकनीक एवं अधिक आमदनी वाली फसलों की ओर प्रेरित किया जा रहा है।

वर्तमान में गांव में 14 एकड़ में हरी मटर और 16 एकड़ में सरसों की खेती की जा रही है, जिससे 42 किसान लाभान्वित हैं। इससे प्रति किसान ₹40,000 से ₹50,000 तक की मौसमी आय होने की संभावना है।

सरकारी योजनाओं, प्रदान और GWFPCL के सामूहिक प्रयासों से सेहल गांव आज ऐसा मॉडल बन रहा है, जहां खेती सशक्त हो रही है, आय के स्रोत बढ़ रहे हैं और ग्रामीण भविष्य को लेकर आत्मविश्वास से भर रहे हैं। सेहल गांव अब सतत, आत्मनिर्भर और जलवायु-अनुकूल ग्रामीण विकास की दिशा में एक प्रेरणादायी उदाहरण के रूप में उभर रहा है।
