शीतलहर के मद्देनज़र गुमला जिले के सभी विद्यालयों में 6 से 8 जनवरी तक कक्षाएं स्थगित

शीतलहर एवं अत्यधिक ठंड को देखते हुए झारखंड सरकार के स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग के निर्देश के आलोक में गुमला जिले के सभी श्रेणी के विद्यालयों में केजी से कक्षा 12वीं तक की कक्षाएं 6 जनवरी से 8 जनवरी 2026 तक बंद रखने का निर्णय लिया गया है। यह आदेश सरकारी, गैर-सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त, गैर सहायता प्राप्त (अल्पसंख्यक सहित) एवं सभी निजी विद्यालयों पर समान रूप से लागू होगा।

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक एवं जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, गुमला द्वारा निर्गत आदेश के अनुसार, कक्षाएं बंद रहने की अवधि में सभी सरकारी विद्यालयों में शिक्षक एवं शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मियों की उपस्थिति अनिवार्य रहेगी। इस दौरान वे विभागीय निर्देशानुसार गैर-शैक्षणिक एवं अन्य प्रशासनिक कार्यों का निष्पादन करेंगे, ताकि शासकीय कार्य प्रभावित न हों।

8 से 10 जनवरी तक होंगे कक्षा 10वीं और 12वीं के मॉक टेस्ट

बोर्ड परीक्षा की तैयारी को ध्यान में रखते हुए कक्षा 10वीं एवं 12वीं के विद्यार्थियों के लिए विशेष मॉक टेस्ट पूर्व निर्धारित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार 8 जनवरी से 10 जनवरी 2026 तक आयोजित किए जाएंगे। ये मॉक टेस्ट जिले के सभी उच्च विद्यालयों एवं प्लस टू विद्यालयों में ‘बोर्ड परीक्षा विजय अभियान’ के अंतर्गत संचालित होंगे।

जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी ने सभी विद्यालय प्रधानों को निर्देशित किया है कि वे विद्यार्थियों को मॉक टेस्ट की तिथियों की पूर्व सूचना अनिवार्य रूप से दें तथा परीक्षा का संचालन सुव्यवस्थित, अनुशासनपूर्ण एवं परीक्षा-अनुकूल वातावरण में सुनिश्चित करें।

सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को अनुपालन के निर्देश

इस संबंध में क्षेत्र शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड शिक्षा प्रसार पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, बीआरपी, सीआरपी, स्कूल प्रबंधन समिति के अध्यक्ष, पंचायत के मुखिया एवं सभी कोटि के विद्यालयों के प्रधानाध्यापक को पत्र जारी कर आदेश का सख्ती से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

अभिभावकों से विशेष अपील

जिला प्रशासन ने अभिभावकों से अपील की है कि वे ठंड के मौसम को देखते हुए बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा का विशेष ध्यान रखें। प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि कक्षाओं के स्थगन का निर्णय विद्यार्थियों के स्वास्थ्य को प्राथमिकता देते हुए लिया गया है, वहीं मॉक टेस्ट के माध्यम से बोर्ड परीक्षार्थियों की तैयारी को मजबूत करने का प्रयास जारी रहेगा।
