गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह 2026 की तैयारियों को लेकर विशेष बैठक आयोजित

कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा, झांकी एवं सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर हुई विस्तृत चर्चा

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में आज समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में आगामी गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह की तैयारियों को लेकर एक विशेष समन्वय बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक का उद्देश्य गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह का गरिमामय, सुव्यवस्थित एवं जनभागीदारी से युक्त आयोजन सुनिश्चित करना रहा।
बैठक में गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर आयोजित होने वाले मुख्य समारोह की समय-सारणी, कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा, विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा प्रस्तुत की जाने वाली झांकियों, सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम, परेड एवं सम्मान समारोह, मंच व्यवस्था, आमंत्रण एवं प्रोटोकॉल, सुरक्षा एवं यातायात प्रबंधन, स्वच्छता, विद्युत एवं पेयजल व्यवस्था सहित अन्य सभी आवश्यक बिंदुओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई तथा संबंधित विभागों को स्पष्ट दायित्व सौंपे गए।
उप विकास आयुक्त द्वारा निर्देश दिया गया कि सभी विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ समयबद्ध रूप से तैयारियाँ पूर्ण करें, ताकि जिला स्तर पर गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह की गरिमा, अनुशासन एवं राष्ट्रीय भावना का समुचित प्रदर्शन हो सके। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि झांकियों के माध्यम से सरकारी योजनाओं, सामाजिक सरोकारों, जनकल्याणकारी पहल एवं जिले की सांस्कृतिक पहचान को प्रभावी ढंग से प्रदर्शित किया जाए।
बैठक में कार्यक्रम स्थल पर सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम, आपातकालीन चिकित्सा सुविधा, अग्निशमन व्यवस्था तथा मीडिया समन्वय सुनिश्चित करने से संबंधित भी विस्तृत चर्चा हुई। इसके साथ ही पूर्वाभ्यास (रिहर्सल) की तिथि निर्धारित कर सभी प्रतिभागियों को समय पर अभ्यास में शामिल होने के निर्देश दिए गए। बैठक में नागरिक एकादश बनाम जिला प्रशासन एकादश का क्रिकेट मैच के आयोजन के सम्बन्ध में भी विस्तृत चर्चा हुई।

बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता गुमला शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक, निदेशक जिला ग्रामीण विकास अभिकरण (DRDA) विद्या भूषण कुमार, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (सदर) राजीव नीरज, भूमि सुधार उप समाहर्ता (DCLR) गुमला राजीव कुमार, अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी (SDPO) गुमला, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल, जिला नजारत उप समाहर्ता सह जिला सूचना एवं जनसम्पर्क पदाधिकारी ललन कुमार रजक, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, जिला खेल पदाधिकारी, APRO एलीना दास सहित विभिन्न विभागों के वरीय पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
