गुमला में सड़क सुरक्षा माह के छठे दिन भव्य कार्यक्रम, समाहरणालय से जागरूकता रथ रवाना कर अधिकारियों ने ली सुरक्षा की शपथ

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा माह 2026 के छठे दिन आज गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर एक व्यापक अभियान की शुरुआत की गई। मंगलवार को समाहरणालय परिसर में आयोजित एक गरिमामय समारोह के दौरान जिले के वरीय अधिकारियों ने संयुक्त रूप से *सड़क सुरक्षा जागरूकता रथ* को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। इस अवसर पर उपस्थित अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों ने सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों के पालन हेतु *सामूहिक शपथ* ली और *हस्ताक्षर अभियान (Signature Campaign)* के माध्यम से अपनी प्रतिबद्धता जताई।

*सभी 10 प्रखंडों में गूँजेगा ‘राहवीर’ योजना और सुरक्षा का संदेश*

जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने बताया कि यह विशेष जागरूकता रथ आगामी *31 जनवरी तक* जिले के सभी दसों प्रखंडों एवं अनुमंडल मुख्यालयों के सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों तक जाएगा। रथ के माध्यम से लाउडस्पीकर और प्रचार सामग्री द्वारा लोगों को सरकार की क्रांतिकारी *’राहवीर’ योजना* के बारे में बताया जा रहा है।

*’राहवीर’ योजना का मुख्य आकर्षण:* सड़क दुर्घटना में घायल व्यक्तियों की जान बचाने वाले ‘नेक मददगारों’ (Good Samaritans) को अब *₹25,000 की नकद प्रोत्साहन राशि* और प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया जाएगा। इसका उद्देश्य ‘गोल्डन ऑवर’ (हादसे का पहला घंटा) में घायल को अस्पताल पहुँचाने के लिए लोगों को प्रोत्साहित करना है।

*युवाओं और नए चालकों से मार्मिक अपील*

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए *उप विकास आयुक्त (DDC)* ने कहा कि सड़क दुर्घटना में होने वाली जान-माल की क्षति ऐसी है जिसकी पूर्ति कभी संभव नहीं है। उन्होंने युवाओं से आग्रह किया कि वे वाहन चलाते समय हेलमेट का उपयोग करें, शराब पीकर गाड़ी न चलाएं और तेज गति से बचें। जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ने भी जोर देकर कहा कि 2030 तक सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में होने वाली मौतों के आंकड़ों को आधा करने के लिए हर नागरिक का सहयोग अनिवार्य है।

*अपर समाहर्ता का भावुक संदेश*: उन्होंने उन लोगों से अपील की जो सुरक्षा नियमों को हल्के में लेते हैं। उन्होंने एक मार्मिक उदाहरण देते हुए कहा, “आपदा राहत कोष के तहत मिलने वाले 1 लाख रुपये का मुआवजा उस बूढ़ी माँ के आँसुओं को नहीं पोंछ सकता, जिसने अपना बेटा खो दिया हो। पैसे बेटे की कमी कभी पूरी नहीं कर सकते।”

इस दौरान प्रशासन ने सुरक्षा कवच के रूप में हेलमेट और सीट बेल्ट के प्रयोग, वाहन चलाते समय मोबाइल फोन का उपयोग न करने, निर्धारित गति सीमा का पालन करने और मानवता के नाते घायलों की मदद करने जैसे पाँच प्रमुख सूत्रों पर विशेष ध्यान केंद्रित किया।

*कार्यक्रम में मुख्य उपस्थिति:*

इस गरिमामय समारोह में मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता, DRDA डायरेक्टर, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, कार्यपालक अभियन्ता भवन प्रमंडल, जिला अभियन्ता जिला परिषद, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, जिला पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, अधीक्षक उत्पाद, पुलिस उपाधीक्षक एवं अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य कर्मी उपस्थित थे।

*कार्यक्रम के अंत में सभी अधिकारियों और कर्मियों ने हस्ताक्षर पट्ट (Signature Board) पर अपने हस्ताक्षर कर इस अभियान को एक जन-आंदोलन बनाने का संकल्प लिया।*
