राज्य उद्यान विकास योजना के तहत किसानों को मिला बीज सहयोग

पालकोट प्रखंड के बागेसेरा पंचायत में 66 किसानों के बीच तरबूज व टमाटर बीज का वितरण

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देश के आलोक में आज मंगलवार को पालकोट प्रखंड अंतर्गत बागेसेरा पंचायत में राज्य उद्यान विकास योजना के तहत किसानों के बीच सब्जी उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल की गई। इस अवसर पर पंचायत के 66 किसानों के बीच तरबूज एवं टमाटर का बीज एक-एक पैकेट निःशुल्क वितरित किया गया।
बीज वितरण कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य किसानों को उन्नत खेती की ओर प्रोत्साहित करना, सब्जी उत्पादन में वृद्धि करना तथा उनकी आय में स्थायी सुधार लाना है। इस पहल से किसानों को मौसमी सब्जी उत्पादन में सहायता मिलेगी और बाजार से बेहतर जुड़ाव के अवसर भी प्राप्त होंगे।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान किसानों को बीज की बुवाई, फसल प्रबंधन एवं देखरेख से संबंधित आवश्यक जानकारी भी दी गई, ताकि वे बेहतर उत्पादन प्राप्त कर सकें।
बीज वितरण कार्यक्रम में जिला उद्यान पदाधिकारी, संबंधित मुखिया, सब्जी प्रसार कर्मी सहित विभागीय कर्मी एवं स्थानीय किसान उपस्थित रहे।
