युवा दिवस पर जिला स्तरीय कृष्णा उरांव स्मृति एथलेटिक्स प्रतियोगिता 2025-26 का आयोजन

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का स्टेडियम, गुमला में सोमवार को राष्ट्रीय युवा दिवस के अवसर पर जिला स्तरीय कृष्णा उरांव स्मृति एथलेटिक्स प्रतियोगिता 2025-26 का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ बतौर मुख्य अतिथि माननीय न्यायमूर्ति गौतम कुमार चौधरी, न्यायाधीश, झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय, रांची तथा विशिष्ट अतिथियों जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार, गुमला के सचिव ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र, उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित, पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन ज़मां एवं जिला खेल पदाधिकारी प्रवीण कुमार द्वारा दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर एवं स्वामी विवेकानंद के चित्र पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित कर किया गया।
इस अवसर पर उपस्थित युवाओं को नशामुक्त समाज के निर्माण हेतु शपथ दिलाई गई। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य युवाओं को नशे से दूर रखते हुए खेलकूद एवं रचनात्मक गतिविधियों के माध्यम से उन्हें शारीरिक, मानसिक एवं सामाजिक रूप से सशक्त बनाना रहा। प्रतियोगिता में 100 मीटर, 400 मीटर, 800 मीटर दौड़, लॉन्ग जंप एवं शॉट पुट सहित विभिन्न एथलेटिक्स स्पर्धाएं आयोजित की गईं।
मुख्य अतिथि माननीय न्यायमूर्ति गौतम कुमार चौधरी ने राष्ट्रीय युवा दिवस की शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि इस प्रकार के आयोजन केवल औपचारिकता नहीं, बल्कि युवाओं को सकारात्मक जीवन मूल्यों की ओर प्रेरित करने का माध्यम हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि नशा व्यक्ति के जीवन को बर्बाद कर अपराध की ओर ले जाता है, जबकि खेलकूद अनुशासन, स्वास्थ्य और आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ावा देता है।
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि गुमला की धरती ने अनेक महान व्यक्तित्व दिए हैं, जिन्होंने अपने परिश्रम और जुनून से जिले का नाम रोशन किया है। उन्होंने युवाओं से नशे से दूर रहकर लक्ष्य के प्रति निरंतर प्रयास करने और अपने सपनों को साकार करने का आह्वान किया।
इसी क्रम में कोर्ट परिसर, गुमला में संवेदनशील साक्षी सहायता एवं बयान केन्द्र (बाल मैत्री प्रतिक्षालय सहित) का उद्घाटन माननीय न्यायमूर्ति गौतम कुमार चौधरी द्वारा किया गया। यह केन्द्र विशेष रूप से बच्चों एवं संवेदनशील साक्षियों को सुरक्षित, सहज एवं अनुकूल वातावरण में बयान दर्ज कराने की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराएगा, जिससे उन्हें न्यायिक प्रक्रिया के दौरान मानसिक सहयोग एवं संरक्षण मिल सके।
कार्यक्रमों के सफल आयोजन में जिला प्रशासन, खेल विभाग एवं संबंधित सभी विभागों की सक्रिय सहभागिता रही।
