नशा मुक्ति अभियान, डॉन स्कीम के तहत किया गया कार्यक्रम

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार गुमला के सभागार में नालसा द्वारा चलाए जा रहे नशा मुक्ति अभियान, डॉन स्कीम का आठवां दिन पूरा हुआ, तथा आज राष्ट्रीय युवा दिवस की अवसर पर एक सेमिनार का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें डॉन यूनिट के स्टेक होल्डर ,पीएलबी, एलएडीसीएस, पुलिस पदाधिकारी आदि सम्मिलित हुए । सेमिनार में प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सह अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार गुमला ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र ने कहा कि, हमें नशा मुक्त समाज का निर्माण करना है, क्योंकि नशा से अनेक हानियां होती है, नशा न केवल हमारी स्वस्थ को नुकसान पहुंचता है, बल्कि हमारे परिवार और समाज को भी प्रभावित करता है । नशे की लत से व्यक्ति का मानसिक विकास रुक जाता है और वह अपने कर्तव्यों का पालन करने में असमर्थ हो जाता है । आज नशा एक गंभीर समस्या बन चुका है जो युवाओं के भविष्य के को खतरे में डाल रहा है। आज अधिकांश अपराध का मूल कारण नशा ही है लोग नशे में सही गलत का ज्ञान खो बैठते हैं और बड़े-बड़े अपराध कर गुजरते हैं साथही अपने स्वास्थ को भी बर्बाद करते हैं। इसलिए हमें नशा मुक्ति की ओर कदम बढ़ाना होगा । इसके लिए सभी स्टेक होल्डर को ईमानदारी से अपना कार्य करना होगा । उन्होंने कहा युवा शक्ति देश की शक्ति है और उन्हें भी नशा से बचाना है ताकि आने वाले भविष्य में नशा मुक्त समाज का निर्माण हो सके। आज के युवाओं को स्वामी विवेकानंद के जीवन एवं आदर्शों से प्रेरणा लेनी चाहिए एवं नशा मुक्त भारत का निर्माण में सहयोग करना चाहिए।
सिविल सर्जन गुमला शंभू नाथ चौधरी ने कहा की आज समाज में नशे की लत बढ़ता जा रहा है जो एक गंभीर चिंता का विषय है । नशा समाज, परिवार एवं स्वस्थ सभी के लिए हानिकारक है ,नशे के सेवन से अनेक तरह की बीमारी उत्पन्न होते हैं । आज के युवा अनेक तरह के नशा का उपयोग कर रहे हैं जिससे उनके स्वास्थ्य पर उसका बुरा प्रभाव पड़ रहा है और समाज में अपराध भी बढ़ रहे हैं अतः हमें नशा मुक्त समाज बनाने के लिए आगे आना होगा और नशा को ना जीवन को हां कहना होगा।
स्थाई लोक अदालत के सदस्य शंभू सिंह ने कहाकि नशा मुक्ति एक ऐसा अभियान है जिसका उद्देश्य लोगों को नशे की लत से मुक्त करना है और एक स्वस्थ समाज का निर्माण करना है। नशा व्यक्ति का शारीरिक मानसिक एवं सामाजिक जीवनको पूरी तरह से तबाह कर देता है इसलिए हमें नशा से दूर रहना होगा नशा का बहिष्कार करना होगा और इसके दुष्परिणामों को प्रचार प्रसार के माध्यम से लोगों तक पहुंचाना होगा। देश के युवा तभी सशक्त हो सकते हैं जब वह नशा से दूर रहेंगे।
एलएडीसीएस के डी एन ओहदार ने कहा की नशा का व्यापार करना, खेती करना ,एवं नशा करने के लिए लोगों को प्रोत्साहित करना, एक दंडनीय अपराध है । समाज का दायित्व है कि वह नशे के व्यापारियों का सामाजिक बहिष्कार करें और पुलिस को सूचना दें, सूचना देने वाला का नाम गुप्त रखा जाता है नशे के आदि हो चुके युवक को समझकर सही रास्ते में लाने का प्रयास करें।
कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित स्टेकहोल्डरों ने भी अपने-अपने सुझाव रखें। तथा उपस्थित सभी लोगों ने नशा न करने तथा नशा मुक्त समाज का निर्माण करने का शपथ लिया । कार्यक्रम में लीगल एड डिफेंस काउंसिल के सदस्य, थाना के पदाधिकारीगण, पीएलबीगण एवं अन्य कर्मचारि गण उपस्थित रहे।
