गुमला: सड़क सुरक्षा माह के अंतर्गत NH पर चला विशेष अभियान, दुर्घटना रोकने के लिए स्पीड ब्रेकरों पर हुई ‘व्हाइट मार्किंग’

गुमला : – गुमला जिला के राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा माह 2026 के अंतर्गत उपायुक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित के दिशा-निर्देश पर जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के नेतृत्व में धरातल पर सुधारात्मक कार्यों को गति दी गई। इस अभियान के तहत गुमला-घाघरा मुख्य मार्ग (NH) पर दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने के उद्देश्य विशेष तकनीकी सुधार किए गए।

स्पीड ब्रेकरों की व्हाइट मार्किंग सड़क सुरक्षा टीम ने गुमला-घाघरा रोड पर स्थित गति अवरोधकों (स्पीड ब्रेकरों) पर सफेद चमकदार पट्टी (White Marking) लगाने का कार्य किया।

दृश्यता में सुधार: अक्सर यह देखा गया है कि मार्किंग न होने या पुरानी होने के कारण वाहन चालकों को ब्रेकर दूर से दिखाई नहीं देते। इससे अचानक ब्रेक लगाने पर गाड़ियाँ अनियंत्रित हो जाती हैं और दुर्घटना का शिकार हो जाती हैं। नई व्हाइट मार्किंग से अब चालकों को दूर से ही ब्रेकर की स्थिति स्पष्ट हो जाएगी।

सजगता का प्रयास: इस पहल का उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि चालक समय रहते वाहन की गति को नियंत्रित कर सकें, जिससे संभावित सड़क हादसों को टाला जा सके।

प्रशासनिक दृष्टिकोण और उद्देश्य:सुधारात्मक पहल: जिला परिवहन कार्यालय ने स्पष्ट किया कि सड़क सुरक्षा माह का लक्ष्य केवल चालान काटना नहीं है, बल्कि सड़कों को तकनीकी रूप से सुरक्षित बनाना और सुधारात्मक कदम उठाकर लोगों की जान बचाना है।

दुर्घटना मुक्त गुमला: इस अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य जिले में सड़क दुर्घटनाओं के ग्राफ को नीचे लाना और यातायात व्यवस्था को सुव्यवस्थित करना है।

सड़क सुरक्षा टीम की महत्वपूर्ण अपील:
सड़क सुरक्षा टीम ने अभियान के दौरान वाहन चालकों से सीधा संवाद किया और निम्नलिखित अपील की:

गति सीमा का पालन: राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर निर्धारित गति सीमा के भीतर ही वाहन चलाएं।

अनिवार्य सुरक्षा: दोपहिया चालक हेलमेट और चार पहिया चालक सीट बेल्ट का प्रयोग हर हाल में करें।

यातायात संकेतों का सम्मान: सड़कों पर लगे यातायात संकेतों और मार्किंग्स का पालन करें, क्योंकि ये आपकी सुरक्षा के लिए ही लगाए गए हैं।
