पोक्सो अधिनियम से संबंधित कार्यशाला सम्पन्न

गुमला ः गुमला में झारखंड राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण (JHALSA), रांची के आदेशानुसार तथा प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश-सह-अध्यक्ष, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, गुमला ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्रा के निर्देश पर आज डीएलएसए, गुमला के सभागार में पोक्सो अधिनियम के विषय पर मल्टी-स्टेकहोल्डर कंसल्टेशन सह कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यशाला का उद्घाटन प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्रा द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया गया।

इस कार्यशाला में प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्रा, अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश-III भूपेश कुमार, सचिव, डीएलएसए गुमला राम कुमार लाल गुप्ता, डीएसपी बीरेंद्र टोप्पो, एसडीपीओ सुरेंद्र प्रसाद यादव, चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी तथा गुमला जिले के विभिन्न थाना क्षेत्रों के पुलिस पदाधिकारीगण उपस्थित थे।

कार्यशाला के दौरान अनुसंधान की बारीकियों, पोक्सो मामलों की विवेचना, एनडीपीएस अधिनियम, हिट एंड रन मामलों सहित अन्य महत्वपूर्ण आपराधिक मामलों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। वक्ताओं ने मामलों के त्वरित, निष्पक्ष एवं प्रभावी निपटारे हेतु विभिन्न विभागों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया।

कार्यक्रम के अंत में प्रतिभागियों के बीच विचार-विमर्श किया गया तथा कानून के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन एवं पीड़ितों को समय पर न्याय दिलाने के लिए समन्वित प्रयास करने का संकल्प लिया गया।
