नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस आवासीय विद्यालय, सिसई में शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026–27 के लिए नामांकन प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ

गुमला : – गुमला झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद द्वारा जारी निर्देश के आलोक में शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026–27 में नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस आवासीय विद्यालय, सिसई में कक्षावार रिक्त सीटों पर नामांकन की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ की जा रही है। यह नामांकन विशेष श्रेणी के बालकों के लिए किया जाएगा, ताकि शिक्षा से वंचित एवं संवेदनशील वर्ग के बच्चों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण आवासीय शिक्षा उपलब्ध कराई जा सके।

निर्देशानुसार अनाथ बच्चे, एकल माता-पिता के बच्चे, बिना वयस्क संरक्षण के रहने वाले बच्चे, उग्रवाद से प्रभावित परिवारों के बच्चे, मानव तस्करी से प्रभावित बच्चे, सड़क पर रहने वाले बच्चे, घर से भागे हुए अथवा घुमंतू बच्चे, प्रवासी श्रमिकों एवं बाल श्रमिकों के बच्चे, आदिम जनजाति परिवारों के बच्चे, एचआईवी से संक्रमित अथवा प्रभावित परिवारों के बच्चे तथा भिखारी बच्चों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर नामांकन का अवसर दिया जाएगा। इस आवासीय विद्यालय में केवल बालकों का नामांकन किया जाएगा।

नामांकन प्रक्रिया के तहत जिले के सभी विद्यालय एवं पंचायत समिति अथवा नगर निकाय प्रतिनिधियों से समन्वय स्थापित कर पात्र बच्चों की सूची प्राप्त की जाएगी। इसके अतिरिक्त जिला स्तर पर पुलिस विभाग, बाल संरक्षण इकाई एवं स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओं से भी ऐसे बच्चों की सूची संकलित की जाएगी।

नामांकन से पूर्व पात्र बच्चों की पहचान एवं सूचीकरण के लिए प्रीपरेटरी कैंप के आयोजन हेतु निर्देश दिए गए हैं, जिसमें जनप्रतिनिधियों, पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड स्तरीय बाल संरक्षण एवं कल्याण विभाग के पदाधिकारियों की सहभागिता सुनिश्चित की जानी है।

सभी प्रखंड शिक्षा प्रसार पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया गया है कि वे अपने-अपने प्रखंड अंतर्गत सरकारी विद्यालयों, शिक्षक, साधन सेवी एवं संकुल साधन सेवी के माध्यम से वांछित श्रेणी के बच्चों की सूची दिनांक 28 फरवरी 2026 तक उपलब्ध कराते हुए नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस आवासीय विद्यालय सिसई में नामांकन हेतु उपलब्ध कराएं, ताकि समयबद्ध ढंग से नामांकन प्रक्रिया पूरी की जा सके।

शिक्षा विभाग ने अभिभावकों एवं आमजन से अपील की है कि वे पात्र बच्चों की जानकारी विद्यालय अथवा शिक्षा कार्यालय को उपलब्ध कराएं, जिससे ऐसे बच्चे आवासीय विद्यालय में नामांकन लेकर मुख्यधारा की शिक्षा से जुड़ सकें।
