गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त सह जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आगामी नगर पालिका आम निर्वाचन–2026 के सफल आयोजन के निमित्त गठित विभिन्न कोषांगों की समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में निर्वाचन की तैयारियों पर विस्तृत चर्चा करते हुए संबंधित विभागों द्वारा गठित कोषांगों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
बैठक के दौरान सहायक निर्वाची पदाधिकारी (ARO) को भी निर्वाचन कार्यों के सुचारु संचालन हेतु आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश प्रदान किए गए।
उल्लेखनीय है कि राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग, झारखण्ड, राँची के निर्देश के आलोक में गुमला जिला अंतर्गत पड़ने वाले नगर निकाय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में निर्वाचन कार्यों के सफल संचालन एवं शांतिपूर्ण, स्वच्छ, निष्पक्ष एवं भयमुक्त वातावरण में निर्वाचन संपन्न कराने के उद्देश्य से विभिन्न कोषांगों के गठन का निदेश प्राप्त हुआ है।
तदनुसार जिले में निर्वाचन कोषांग, कार्मिक कोषांग, परिवहन कोषांग, मतपत्र एवं मतपेटिका कोषांग, सामग्री कोषांग सहित अन्य आवश्यक कोषांगों का गठन किया गया है। सभी कोषांगों के वरीय पदाधिकारी निर्गत निर्देशों का अक्षरशः अनुपालन करते हुए कार्यों का निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
उपायुक्त सह जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने निर्देश दिया कि सभी कोषांग अपने-अपने दायित्वों के अनुरूप समयबद्ध एवं व्यापक कार्ययोजना तैयार करें तथा राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग, झारखण्ड, राँची द्वारा समय-समय पर निर्गत आदेशों के अनुरूप निर्वाचन कार्यों का निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करें, ताकि नगर पालिका आम निर्वाचन–2026 को सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न कराया जा सके।।
बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला, अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, DCLR गुमला, SDO गुमला, SDO चैनपुर, SDO बसिया,जिला सहायक उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, सहित अन्य सम्बंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।।
