कृषि, पशुपालन, सहकारिता एवं शहरी स्वच्छता योजनाओं की समीक्षा, उपायुक्त ने दिए कड़े निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमलाउपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित समीक्षात्मक बैठक में कृषि, पशुपालन, सहकारिता, नगर परिषद एवं संबंधित योजनाओं की प्रगति की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। बैठक में सिसई एवं बसिया प्रखंडों में संचालित कृषि पाठशाला पर विशेष ध्यान देने का निर्देश दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि कृषक पाठशाला के माध्यम से किसानों को नवाचारपूर्ण एवं व्यावहारिक तरीकों से कृषि संबंधी प्रशिक्षण एवं मार्गदर्शन उपलब्ध कराया जाए, ताकि वे आधुनिक खेती अपनाकर अपनी आय में वृद्धि कर सकें।
बैठक में बताया गया कि पशुपालन विभाग अंतर्गत सभी लंबित भुगतान पूर्ण कर लिए गए हैं। वहीं सहकारिता एवं धान अधिप्राप्ति कार्यों में गति लाने तथा प्रभावी अनुश्रवण सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
नगर परिषद अंतर्गत शहरी क्षेत्रों में साफ-सफाई, सौंदर्यीकरण एवं सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर नियमित रूप से ब्लीचिंग पाउडर के छिड़काव कराने के निर्देश दिए गए, ताकि स्वच्छ एवं स्वस्थ वातावरण सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।
बैठक में कृषि विभाग द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं की उपलब्धियों की जानकारी दी गई। प्रधानमंत्री सूक्ष्म सिंचाई योजना (PMKSY) अंतर्गत वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में 90 प्रतिशत अनुदान पर 461 किसानों के 388.92 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में ड्रिप एवं स्प्रिंकलर सिंचाई प्रणाली अधिष्ठापित की गई है, जिससे किसान बेमौसमी सब्जी एवं बागवानी खेती कर रोजगार एवं आय में वृद्धि कर रहे हैं।
किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड (KCC) योजना के अंतर्गत इस वित्तीय वर्ष में 2065 किसानों के आवेदन विभिन्न बैंकों को उपलब्ध कराए गए हैं। साथ ही 1000 नए आवेदनों के सृजन कर एक माह के भीतर KCC उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया गया। PM-Kisan योजना अंतर्गत जिले के 1,02,881 कृषक परिवारों को लाभ देने हेतु E-KYC एवं भूमि अभिलेख अपलोड करने का कार्य प्रगति पर है, जिसमें वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में 70,133 किसानों का E-KYC पूर्ण कराया गया है।
झारखंड कृषि ऋण माफी योजना के तहत कुल 20,923 योग्य लाभुकों में से 12,901 किसानों का ऋण माफ किया जा चुका है तथा शेष किसानों के लिए अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। मृदा स्वास्थ्य प्रबंधन कार्यक्रम अंतर्गत 16,255 मिट्टी नमूनों के लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध 11,777 नमूनों की जांच कर सॉयल हेल्थ कार्ड का वितरण किया गया है।
मिलेट मिशन, बीज विनिमय एवं वितरण योजना, फसल सुरक्षा कार्यक्रम, सोलर पंपसेट अधिष्ठापन, प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना एवं समेकित बिरसा ग्राम विकास-सह-कृषक पाठशाला योजना की प्रगति की भी समीक्षा की गई। बसिया प्रखंड में कृषक पाठशाला का संचालन प्रारंभ हो चुका है, जबकि सिसई प्रखंड में कार्य प्रगति पर है।
बैठक में KCC लक्ष्य की कम उपलब्धि पर जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी एवं LDM को कड़ी फटकार लगाई गई। साथ ही खराब कार्य निष्पादन पर ATM/BTM का वेतन रोकने के निर्देश भी दिए गए। उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागों को योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन एवं समयबद्ध लक्ष्य पूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, जिला मत्स्य पदाधिकारी, जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी, LDM गुमला, सहित अन्य सम्बंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।।
