सीखने, साझा करने और रचनात्मक समुदायों के साथ सहयोग हेतु पदयात्रा

गुमला : – गुमला परिषद में प्रोफेसर अनिल गुप्ता ने एक प्रेस कांफ्रेंस आयोजित कर बताया की
हनी बी नेटवर्क पिछले 35 वर्षों से भारत सहित विश्व के विभिन्न देशों में जमीनी नवाचारों और उत्कृष्ट पारंपरिक ज्ञान की खोज, प्रसार, संवर्धन तथा समर्थन करता आ रहा है। जमीनी समुदायों से गहरा और आत्मीय संबंध बनाने के उद्देश्य से लगभग 25 वर्ष पूर्व, नेटवर्क के स्वयंसेवकों, सृष्टि (SRISTI) और ज्ञान (GIAN) के साथ मिलकर देशभर में शोधयात्रा की परंपरा आरंभ की गई। इस यात्रा का उद्देश्य था—जमीनी स्तर से सीखना, पहले से संकलित ज्ञान व रचनात्मकता को साझा करना, तथा रचनात्मक समुदायों और व्यक्तियों को उनके द्वार पर सम्मानित करना।
इस पूरी गतिविधि का समन्वय सृष्टि द्वारा किया जाता है, जिसमें अनेक स्वयंसेवक, सहयोगी संस्थाएँ और ज्ञान का सहयोग रहता है। प्रारंभिक वर्षों में एन.आई.एफ (NIF) ने भी कुछ यात्राओं में भाग लिया और सहयोग प्रदान किया।
ग्रीष्म ऋतु में हम गरम क्षेत्रों में तथा शीत ऋतु में ठंडे क्षेत्रों में पैदल चलते हैं। समुदायों से जुड़ने की यह प्रक्रिया—जिसमें स्वैच्छिक कष्ट का भी अनुभव होता है—ज्ञानसम्पन्न किंतु आर्थिक रूप से वंचित लोगों के प्रति संवेदना (सम्वेदना) विकसित करने के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक मानी जाती है। आरंभ में केवल कुछ कर्मचारी और स्वयंसेवक 10 दिनों में लगभग 250 किलोमीटर पैदल चलते थे। वर्तमान में, भौगोलिक कठिनाइयों के अनुसार, हम एक सप्ताह में लगभग 100–120 किलोमीटर की पदयात्रा करते हैं।

शोधयात्रा के दौरान हम अनेक लक्ष्यों को साधने का प्रयास करते हैं। यह आवश्यक नहीं कि हर यात्रा में सभी लक्ष्य पूर्ण रूप से प्राप्त हों। बहुत कुछ पूर्व तैयारी, साझेदार संस्थाओं/व्यक्तियों के सहयोग, स्थानीय एवं बाहरी युवाओं की स्वैच्छिक भागीदारी, तथा पदयात्रा के दौरान हुए संवादों की प्रकृति पर निर्भर करता है।

यह प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस पद्मश्री प्रोफेसर अनिल गुप्ता की ने शोधयात्रा में हम प्रयोगधर्मी लोगो को किस तरह जोड़ सकते हैं, इस पर उन्होंने बताया कि

हमारा मुख्य उद्देश्य

जमीनी नवप्रवर्तकों, उत्कृष्ट पारंपरिक ज्ञान धारकों, तथा बिना बाहरी सहायता के स्थानीय समस्याएँ सुलझाने वाले महिला समूहों,व्यक्तियों को पहचान देना और सम्मानित करना।

सामुदायिक साझा संसाधन संस्थाओं का दस्तावेजीकरण करना, जो प्राकृतिक संसाधनों के सतत प्रबंधन में सहायक हैं।
कृषि, गैर-कृषि गतिविधियों, पशुपालन और मानव कल्याण के क्षेत्रों में स्थानीय समाधानों और चुनौतियों की पहचान करना तथा अन्य समुदायों द्वारा विकसित समाधानों के पूर्व डेटाबेस को साझा करना।

बच्चों के लिए नए विचारों की प्रतियोगिता तथा महिलाओं के लिए पारंपरिक व्यंजन,खाद्य निर्माण की प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन करना।

शतायु (100 वर्ष या अधिक आयु) दादा-दादियों और नाना-नानियों से आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करना, ताकि पिछले 100 वर्षों का ज्ञान आने वाले 100 वर्षों तक सुरक्षित रूप से आगे बढ़े।

रचनात्मक शिक्षकों, कारीगरों, कृषि एवं अन्य जैव-विविधता के संरक्षकों, तथा उनसे जुड़े ज्ञान-तंत्रों को पहचान और सम्मान देना।

शोधयात्रा के दौरान हम चार गुरुओं से सीखने का प्रयास करते हैं

1) अंतरात्मा से
2) सहयात्रियों/साथियों के बीच
3) प्रकृति
4) स्थानीय रचनात्मक जनसमुदाय का और प्रयोगधर्मी लोग
यह चार गुरु से सीखने की यात्रा है।
कौन किससे कितना सीखता है, यह मापना कठिन है; किंतु रात्रि बैठकों में हम इन गुरुओं से प्राप्त सीख को साझा करते हैं। समुदायों के साथ संवाद हमें जलवायु परिवर्तन सहित विभिन्न सामाजिक-आर्थिक दबावों के बीच उनके संघर्ष, अनुकूलन और जीवटता की रणनीतियाँ समझने में सहायता करता है।
यह शोधयात्रा केवल एक पदयात्रा नहीं, बल्कि ज्ञान, करुणा और सहयोग के माध्यम से सतत भविष्य की ओर बढ़ने का साझा प्रयास हैं l
