प्रस्तावित 100 सीएम स्कूल ऑफ़ एक्सीलेंस का फील्ड अनुश्रवण करेंगे अधिकारी

झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन की अध्यक्षता में आज प्रस्तावित 100 सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस के संबंध में एक महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में राज्य के सभी जिलों के जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, सहायक जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, कनीय अभियंता एवं सहायक अभियंता उपस्थित थे। बैठक के दौरान श्री शशि रंजन ने निर्देश दिया कि माननीय मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा स्वीकृत प्रस्तावित सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस के लिए फील्ड अनुश्रवण का कार्य दिनांक 27 जनवरी, 2026 तक अनिवार्य रूप से पूर्ण कर राज्य कार्यालय को विस्तृत रिपोर्ट सौंपी जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्राप्त रिपोर्ट के आधार पर सभी प्रस्तावित विद्यालयों में अत्याधुनिक आधारभूत संरचना के निर्माण की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ की जाएगी।

उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि वे प्रस्तावित विद्यालयों का गहन निरीक्षण कर कक्षा कक्षों के निर्माण की आवश्यकता, बुनियादी सुविधाओं (पेयजल, शौचालय, विद्युत व्यवस्था), पाठ्य सामग्रियों की उपलब्धता, प्रयोगशालाओं, पुस्तकालय, खेल सुविधाओं एवं आईसीटी इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर जैसी आवश्यकताओं का यथार्थ आकलन करते हुए रिपोर्ट तैयार करें। श्री शशि रंजन ने कहा कि सभी प्रस्तावित सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस को आगामी छह माह के भीतर सीबीएसई से मान्यता मिलने की संभावना है। इसके लिए आवश्यक मानकों एवं प्रक्रियाओं को समयबद्ध रूप से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिए गए हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि प्रस्तावित 100 सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस की आधारभूत संरचना एवं अन्य सभी आवश्यकताओं को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूरा किया जाएगा। इन विद्यालयों में शैक्षणिक सत्र 2027–28 से सीबीएसई की तर्ज पर पढ़ाई शुरू होगी। श्री शशि रंजन ने कहा कि सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा का मॉडल बनाया जाएगा, ताकि ग्रामीण और दूरदराज़ के क्षेत्रों के विद्यार्थियों को भी शहरी स्तर की शैक्षिक सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध कराई जा सकें। इस दिशा में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी। बैठक में सभी जिलों के पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया गया कि वे तय समय-सीमा के भीतर फील्ड अनुश्रवण कार्य पूर्ण कर विस्तृत रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करें, जिससे निर्माण कार्य समय पर प्रारंभ किया जा सके और योजना को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू किया जा सके।
