बालिका शिक्षा को बढ़ावा: डीसी ने नामांकन जागरूकता रथ को दिखाई हरी झंडी

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में बालिका शिक्षा को प्रोत्साहित करने और अधिक से अधिक जरूरतमंद छात्राओं को आवासीय विद्यालयों से जोड़ने के उद्देश्य से जिले में विशेष नामांकन जागरूकता अभियान की शुरुआत की गई। इसी क्रम में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित द्वारा जिले के 10 कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय एवं 02 झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालयों में नामांकन के लिए प्रचार-प्रसार हेतु तैयार जागरूकता रथ को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया गया।

इस अवसर पर जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां, क्षेत्र शिक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रियाश्री भगत, एडीपीओ ज्योति खलखो, एपीओ शुभकामना प्रसाद, रोज मिंज सहित शिक्षा विभाग के कई पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026–27 के लिए नामांकन प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ

झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद द्वारा जारी निर्देशों के आलोक में शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026–27 के लिए जिले के सभी 10 कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय एवं 02 झारखंड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालयों में कक्षा 6 से 11 तक रिक्त सीटों पर नामांकन प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है तथा नामांकन हेतु व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार किया जा रहा है। विद्यालय प्रबंधन समितियों की अध्यक्षता में स्थानीय जन प्रतिनिधियों, पंचायत समिति सदस्यों एवं अभिभावकों के साथ बैठकें आयोजित कर पात्र बालिकाओं का विवरण संबंधित प्रखंड को भेजा जा रहा है एवं गांव-टोलों, हाट-बाजारों और चौक-चौराहों पर पोस्टर, पंपलेट और माइकिंग के माध्यम से जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। विद्यालय स्तर पर प्राप्त आवेदनों की समीक्षा के बाद 14 फरवरी 2026 तक प्रखंड स्तरीय चयन समिति की बैठक आयोजित की जाएगी।

इन बालिकाओं को मिलेगी प्राथमिकता

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि नामांकन प्रक्रिया में विशेष रूप से निम्न वर्गों की बालिकाओं को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी:

आदिम जनजाति समूह (PVTG)
अनुसूचित जनजाति एवं अनुसूचित जाति
अत्यंत गरीब परिवार एवं अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय
सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्र की बालिकाएं
बाल तस्करी/ट्रैफिकिंग से प्रभावित बालिकाएं
नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्रों की छात्राएं
विद्यालय छोड़ चुकी बालिकाएं
उन्होंने सभी प्रखंड शिक्षा पदाधिकारियों और विद्यालय वार्डनों को राज्य सरकार के दिशा-निर्देशों का अक्षरशः पालन करते हुए समय-सीमा के भीतर नामांकन प्रक्रिया पूरी करने का निर्देश दिया।

जिला स्तर पर अंतिम चयन और आगे की प्रक्रिया

गुमला जिला मुख्यालय अवस्थित मुख्यमंत्री उत्कृष्ट विद्यालय कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय में कक्षा 6 की 25 सीट पर नामांकन प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के माध्यम से मेधावी विद्यार्थियों का किया जाना है जबकि शेष 50 सीट पर इस प्रक्रिया अनुरूप बालिकाओं के नामांकन होंगे । इसके अतिरिक्त जिले के अन्य सभी आवासीय बालिका विद्यालय में उपर्युक्त तरीके से नामांकन होगा । उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में जिला चयन समिति की बैठक आयोजित कर फरवरी 2026 के अंत तक अंतिम स्वीकृति देते हुए विद्यालयों में चयनित छात्राओं की सूची सूचना पट पर मार्च के दूसरे सप्ताह में प्रकाशित की जाएगी तथा नामांकन प्रक्रिया पूर्ण कर 01 अप्रैल 2026 से नए शैक्षणिक सत्र की कक्षाएं विधिवत प्रारंभ होंगी।
